Their lies so far are mostly lies by omission. Should they feel Fort Duggar, not just their TLC show, is under attack, I wouldn't put it past them to create a corroborating narrative containing outright lies. The lone, fifth, non family victim would likely find it hard to counter that.
-
The redactions implied there were further consequences within the fundie community from what Josh did to the babysitter, so she probably wasn't an outsider. And assuming the Duggars hire a competent lawyer, the babysitter would be deposed herself. Duggar's dirty laundry is already half exposed, things are already half blown up in their faces, the babysitter may have relatively more to lose in her deposition. And if the Duggars coordinate their version of events and lie their asses off in their depositions, she's not likely to be able to prove anything more than what the Duggars admitted in 2006.

It's some sort of trust, I hope the 18 non molestor/facilitator family members (including the four sister victims) aren't going to be harmed by any potential civil action. They are a third parties to any of Josh's crimes, or victims themselves, and with no education or skills, they will really, really need that money. But if what I've read in the last 5 minutes online is true, revocable trusts are like preemptive wills, and if JimChelle have the ability to revoke the trust and access the funds, they can be up for grabs.

I don't know if there's much Dillard left in Derick anymore.

Jan Crouch, Jesus, and her chicken Not that I believe any of these books, but Jesus is credited with re-animating birds in the Quran.

Dillardfamily.com says July, any day now. No way they'd neglect to tell us.

I'm not an attorney/barrister and/or solicitor either. And if I was, tort law in Australia is significantly different to America. American lawyers, or those with access to them, we need your help! Being deposed sounds like torture to me.

As much as it may make both parties look like whores, they'd be insane not to settle. Would anyone even need to know they had settled?

I've never seen her show, but she's memorable from just the images of her. She's like a pink haired Dolly Parton crossed with Little Bo Peep. She looks like she uses entire bottles of mascara each day.The "best" we ever got in Australia, on broadcast TV, was Creflo A Dollar in his fancy suit, and 'poor man's Dr Phil' Joyce Meyer's ramblings. They had to pay for those 2 am airtimes, and various ab machines and blender infomercials seem to have since outpriced them.

The Arkansas Code gives a statute of limitations 3 years from discovery of injury. When the police investigated sort of properly in 2006, the victim was already an adult. If her injury was compounded by the dissemination of her abuse by InTouch magazine, can the Duggars be liable for that? If what InTouch says is true, this person is going to be under intense scrutiny by lawyers. I honestly don't think most people who are anti Duggar would subject themselves to this.

It's likely Paul and Jan Crouch.

It was the M kid gender reveal number 3, I think. This was during the black 'friend' fitness trainer gets Josh and Jim Bob in shape season. Only the fitness guy knew the results of the ultrasound, and the church was linked to him.

It was a major thing that happened, and it would have affected her in some way, but if what I suspect she's done in the past is true, anything that causes her distress will just make her maladaptions more entrenched. Josie's early delivery and Jubilee's miscarriage sent her to new levels of voice pitch and infantile babble. In the Megyn interview, her voice was higher, and her words were even less coherent.

The Lonely Js Club: James, Jackson & Johannah

Interesting how after Noah disembarked the ark, he soon became drunk on 'grape juice' and passed out naked. You never hear that in Sunday school. -
Probably an older howler watches him sob mostly (I hope he sobs), in one of the TTH loft holes. He shouldn't be near power tools, and certainly not that preschool class.

No one is entitled to cheap labor, people are entitled to a living wage.I don't think the underclass or any class need large houses for their families, but people need to be paid enough to live, and if they can't do that, no one should expect these people show up to work. -
The Real Michelle exists hidden behind a ton of mental barriers and coping mechanisms, she lives in a fantasyland. 'Keep Sweet Michelle' consists mostly of platitudes and the occasional carefully weighed statements from Real Michelle. The Real Michelle doesn't allow life to get to her. She's still safe, warm and secure in her mental cocoon.Probably a little more stressed than usual, but she checked out mentally long ago, so things can only affect her so much.

If a person works forty hours a week, why shouldn't they be able to live decent lives? Why should it be acceptable for an entire class of people in service industries to not be able to afford children? -
I don't know how Jill would fare being away from her family. It's all she's really known, both the people and the bubble they all lived in together.

Joyce Meyer's face became pretty wacko. I block about 3 religious channels on Foxtel, when I was in America I was appalled to see like ten religious channel on DirectTv or whatever. They seems to have a creepy obsession with Israel, and the Jews (only) in Israel.

Headship Derick says it will be longer than 'typical short term'. He's been a bit flighty with God's input lately though, he may receive new instructions before a year has passed. I don't expect them to be there longer than a year, I don't think Jill could make it that long in any case.

If you look at what else that guy posted, you'll see like an entire class of preschool kids on a construction site.
