The “waterfall staircase” and the photo mural of the actual waterfall were great touches. I really like Debra’s color choices, and, yes, the kitchen cabinets were blue!

IIRC, when Justin deleted the video, the phone said it would be deleted from the cloud, too. I hope I’m wrong about that because that would mean they would have to find Vinny’s phone that Bill threw down the hill.

Spot on about the Border Collie. I thought the same thing when I saw him. Did you notice how he kept jumping up on the contractor at the end? Poor Ollie wanted someone to play with him! Even if she didn’t want a small dog, their are larger breeds that are lower energy. I think the 16 yo must live with his dad. The Murphy bed in the closet was ridiculous. She didn’t mention installing a shower in the half bath like the realtor suggested. $600/month HOA? 😳

His dad egged him on too. Remember them shouting to each other across John’s backyard? If people did that to me, they would get sprayed with my garden hose!

I loved Melanio’s train car. So elegant and cozy. The constellation room was beautiful, too. Since I’m a cat mom, I have a soft spot for the pirate cat room. I totally could have done without the tearjerking letters. Who makes the little crafted animals? They are adorable!

The stepmother stating what happened when Jim beat the 💩 out of John as a fact when she wasn’t even there said it all to me about her credibility. The girlfriend’s candor about Jim and his drinking makes me tend to believe John more than Jim. I felt so bad for John’s mother. I hope she got his little dog.

Kevin! Did everyone hear me squeal with delight when I beheld him again? 🥰 I didn’t even see a sink in that city center flat’s “kitchen.” The place they picked was the obvious choice. I would love to have a fireplace in the bedroom. I stayed at a B&B in Boston one time and my room (the Louisa May Alcott Room) had a fireplace in it. 💕 Kevin! 🥳💕
