  1. Amen. Vanessa started off great, but the constant questioning everything he does, then pouting about it, has to be exhausting. Can't blame his "wait and see" attitude.
  2. David isn't extremely exciting, nor is he only concerned about Ashley's feelings - that's been a giant problem for her. His inability to just sit there, pay for things, entertain her and not expect her to give anything to the marriage is the reason he's a bad match.
  3. Claiming death threats is a great way to reestablish victim status. I don't believe her for a second.
  4. So I go back to my speculation from a while ago, where was she the night of David's dinner? No call, no text - was she with him that night?
  5. If he stays with her, that dude is in for a horrible life. Id laugh if Ashley went through this, gets exposed as a liar, is publically vilified - all so she can be with her dream man - who uses her for sex for a few months before dumping her again.
  6. Ashley has a hyphenated first name? Ashley-patrice Doherty
  7. I default to 9 year guy contacting her. That's the best explanation that fits what we've seen.
  8. And most of them have said in interviews that editing isn't a factor. What we see onscreen accurately reflects what was happening.
  9. Your points are the definition of straw man arguments - no one is faulting Ashley for not being attracted, they are faulting her cold and bitchy behavior. No one is suggesting she has to have sex with David, people are suggesting that "Married" implies someone should be at least civil and friendly regardless of whether or not they are attracted. He's not trying hard enough because he's trying too hard? I guess "trying hard" would be to do nothing, entertain Ashley, support her financially, buy her expensive things (like a big house) - all while never trying to escalate the relationship physically at all. If men didn't try to physically escalate relationships, we would all die virgins. You realize you're praising Ashley's dishonesty while vilifying David's. If she isn't attracted to him, why should it matter if David decided to move on? Why is it so upsetting? Sure they're married, but you seem to think that doesn't mean Ashley has to be civil to David, why should he be civil to her? What has she done to gain his respect and consideration? No one doubts that Tres can get women, why did he have to be on the show? See how your reasoning quickly breaks down when you take a second to think things through. She's faulted for telling the experts she wanted to try something different when it was clearly a lie. If she was honest from the beginning, she would have never been selected for the show. And there's nothing wrong with not wanting to be a kept women - except David's salary is the only thing that Ashley has shown excitement for this whole season. Another straw man - No one faults Ashley for being reserved, she's faulted for being reserved - then going on a show that calls for her to be outgoing - then being robotic and uncivil with a guy who might have had a legitimate match if Ashley hadn't aggressively lied to get on the show. Same here, but it's like we've watched a different show.
  10. "What could you do for each other that would make you feel hopeful enough to go on?" Pepper is reaching hard here, she's desperate to have a win. That's the kind of language you use when you're trying to bribe a public official.
  11. They start with a narrative, then try to find anything to support it. It's completely disingenuous.
  12. I think it was her friend who said it and she agreed, but I'm not sure. The case number was posted above, you can look it up on the AZ website. It's a David T Norton with the same birthday and year during a time when he was living in AZ. Again, I don't care at all. The charges sound like he got mad and broke a vase or punched a wall (based on the secondary property charge), if he hit a woman or attacked her with a knife like Ashley's camp tried to claim, he would have served some jail time.
  13. Whoa, whoa, whoa, settle down Sleek. People of Miami, if you're crazy, attractive and can argue on camera, PLEASE apply today!
  14. I don't give a frog's fat ass what David did in AZ. He could have killed the pope and raped a dog and STILL be a better person than Ashley. And all of her apparently worthless education makes her too stupid to realize that her "women's intuition" nonsense admits that she was a total bitch to David. "Well, yes, I was a robotic bitch, but I had a good reason! I have female superpowers, don't you know! I knew David got drunk once 8 years ago and had to appear in court over it. That's more than enough reason to be a standoffish bitch to a husband - then not tell him why - then bash him on SM when the audience doesn't fawn over me like my family and sick kids do."
  15. I can't wait for that one...I've heard Cuban women argue! It's going to be exciting! Like Lucha Underground exciting!
  16. She didn't want David to see any texts from a certain "ex" boyfriend.
  17. The original claim came from a burner twitter account that was activated in December. I don't think it was a case of not fact checking, I think Ashley's camp purposely threw the rumor out there hoping people would believe it. They used a burner account so they couldn't be sued for libel.
  18. No way I'd give that entitled brat an equity stake. Despite what they tried to show through bad editing. That kid can't sell, he obviously wastes money (wanting to buy new machines) and he has such an abrasive personality that no employee will ever respect him. Plus, he's so hyper and has so many physical ticks that he's either manic or on drugs. Neither end well for a company. Kids like that are the reason family businesses don't survive past the second generation. If Marcus was so hot on the idea, I'd tell him to give the kid as much of his share as he wanted.
  19. $100k to stay together for 5 YEARS? Are they that desperate for money?
  20. Ashley is a horrible person, from an awful family, with equally awful friends. Imagine what that day after BBQ looked like if women like this Ashley Houser were there. No "editing" in the world would turn a sweet, affectionate person into what we saw in screen. This is all damage control by a bunch of petty amateurs who are too stupid to realize they're making it worse. The misdirected hate and vitriol is stunning - what a bunch of angry assholes. And Ashley's 31, her options for having a family are dwindling. You'd think she'd turn that personality around to compensate. Also, that's the most heavily photoshopped twitter pic I've seen. You'd never recognize that as the Ashley we know.
