The 19-month-old daughter of Olympic skier Bode Miller died in a swimming pool accident.
Came here to post this item also. Terribly tragic. God rest her tiny soul.
Despite his Olympic success, Bode has had much trauma in his life, and it was exciting to see him nicely married and finally living a good and decent life. Condolences to Bode and Morgan on their loss.

I've never been a huge Rosie fan, but hope for her sake that Chelsea isn't just using her now that her circumstances are shaky. Chelsea doesn't seem to be on a very stable path (IMO).

#DoNotDisturb: How I Ghosted My Cell Phone to Take Back My Life ~ Jedidiah Bila ~ Oct 9, 2018
Until reading the Harper Collins' synopsis, it sounded as though her topic could have been accomplished in an article for Cosmopolitan rather than a full-on book...but true to the over-yakky Jed, she was able to produce 256 pages on the subject. Might be good for a beach read once it hits the library, but I'm not about to spend $26.99 for it.

Valentine-Spade's selfishness is especially cruel because she just screwed up the rest of her young 13 year old daughter's life causing her a lifetime of pain and questions.ⁿ
During an intense roundtable discussion years ago, we were asked by a participant who happened to be a psychiatrist if any of us had ever considered suicide. I answered "NO...what a terrible legacy that would be to leave for my children." He looked at me as though he thought I was crazy, and asked what type of answer did I think that was. I responded that it was an honest answer because I love my kids enough that I would never hurt them so and leave them with the inevitable question of "Why" as to why I'd do that and why I felt there was no-one to go to for help. I stand by that answer yet today.

Watched night two of Chris' show & I'm DEFINITELY not impressed. Watching a lying Trumper argue with a Democrat is not something new ... see Anderson & almost every other CNN show. Just sayin'.
Chris seems to have adopted the notion that he needs to be a stronger personality for this evening show, compared to being likeable when he was paired with Alisyn in the morning. He 's almost artificially intense, driving and hard hitting, and his rat-a-tat-tat interrogations and interruptions become a bit off-putting. I'll watch, but in the re-run hour if still awake because what I've seen so far doesn't pull me away from Rachel Maddow in the 9:00 hour.
If he has a spectacular guest, can always DVR it, but I don't foresee that he'll have anyone that isn't being recirculated through the other shows. Hasn't Scaramucci reached his sell-by date yet? He's spent more time on TV than he did in his WH job.

The Kookaburra Song. Which would probably have earned a "no, it's the other one" from Alex. And now it's in my head. Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree. Merry, merry king of the bush is he. Laugh, Kookaburra, laugh Kookaburra, gay your life must be.
I learned this song in summer day camp as a kid and drove my parents crazy with it. We sang it in rounds at the day's end gathering before hopping on the camp bus, so it was fresh in mind when arriving home. It might well have been my first earworm!

Alex beat me to it! I was looking for an appropriate picture of Fagin from Oliver Twist to append here, and then Alex made the reference in the interview. Just not quick enough. :-(
Oh, and Buzzy too? Yikes.

I also ordered a couple of these for some teens in the family who just need to occasionally transport a lip gloss and some mad money. Should be perfect for them. The exciting thing is that I can say I've started my Christmas shopping!

This, and I find her boring also.

Once again I suspect the producers read this website! Thought of you all when Alex started his "You look familiar...".
For some reason, Nixon popped into my head instantly for FJ, and I was sure it was wrong. Darn near fell over when it turned out to be the answer.

Aww, I liked his story and have no trouble believing he was a beautiful baby because you can't determine how cute an adult was as a baby.
Besides most parents think they have the most beautiful baby in the world.

Same with the United States, but you'd rarely hear someone say "I'm traveling to United States of America".

Whoopi, Whoopi, Whoopi: Looks like you're going to get another "call from Hawaii" for your explanatory comments today. The Big Island of Hawaii is called that for a reason...it is a BIG island! So, you can go to all the islands of Hawaii without worry - just stay away from the southeast corner of the Big Island where the volcano is actually erupting. Way to ruin the travel revenue and economy of a region, Whoop! Damn.
And to MEghan: Agreed - there is a difference between being mean and being strong, but there's also a difference between being strong and being downright BITCHY. Guess where you fall on this spectrum!

This is real. The fact that it is makes me mad and that people fall for stuff like it is sad. I see this commercial a lot on one particular channel I watch sometimes. They must really need the money.
I'm not sure who's the worst - the shysters peddling this crap or the people who believe in it. If there wasn't a market for it, it wouldn't exist. "FREE - NO OBLIGATION"...yeah, right, but they've got your name, address and phone number and you're doomed to be pestered until you meet your Lord and Saviour. Bless your heart!
Thank God <irony> we don't get this beggar in our area, or I'm just not watching the right (wrong) channel.
