Caroline Dries & her team don't have an ounce of talent, so this is what we get. Or how about Alice saves Kate's life & then Kate leaves town abandoning her again, just like Ocean predicted? All of this destroying Kate Kane just to make Wilder look good.

They needed to get rid of Kate because she will always outshine Ryan Wilder.

Alice put the special dagger in Safiyah & said she is keeping her alive because deaths not enough punishment for her.

This episode was really beautiful. The chemistry between Tyler & Bitsie is amazing. This episode was one of the best Superman/Lois/Clark origin stories I've ever seen. I just love this show.

I'm not sure what you're referring to with issues of consent with Ava towards Sara. If the show gave interviews saying wait & see or relax then they'd give it away. Their not going to do that. A big deal was made of John restoring Sara's soul. I doubt that's not going to be brought up and everyone's just going to be like, "oh well" with the real Sara being dead.

I don't buy for a second that the show is moving forward with clone/alien hybrid Sara and that's just that. The show has made a big deal about souls the past few years and them being unique. Either this is some huge ruse played by Bishop & this is the real Sara or she will be made to be imo. I find it very disturbing that this Sara clone just came back & reunited with Ava knowing the real Sara is dead & she's an imposter. That brings up all kinds of consent issues.

This better end up being the real Sara or the real Sara better be restored eventually.

I think the show has done a terrible job replacing Kate Kane with Ryan Wilder. I was on board with giving Ryan a chance when the announcement was first made but everything this show has done with season 2 has made it impossible for me to accept her as Batwoman. They wasted the first 8 episodes on the ridiculous back & forth as to whether or not Kate is alive or dead. Then they bring Kate back from the dead & reveal Wallis Day is the recast. This being what many fans were asking for since the news of Ruby Rose leaving came out. I don't see how to move on from Kate & accept Ryan when everything on the show is still about Kate. I just feel like when watching Ryan doesn't fit & is just a placeholder for the real Batwoman. It's not like Kate even gave up the mantle. She was kidnapped by a mad man. So if the show only brought Kate back to hand over the mantle to Ryan I feel like I'm going to resent Ryan even more. This show to me feels like it is still Kate's story. All the main characters are still her family, friends, exes, enemies, etc. I don't see how this show is ever going to be Ryan Wilders story. And I don't even feel like it should.

I don't think it will help the show to get rid of the Kanes, who the show was/is built around. The show is already a mess & not being that well recieved with Ryan Wilder. If we cut more comic characters do they get replaced with even more original creations? The show will be less & less of the comic book it's based upon.

Only three episodes left this season and barely any Wallis Day. I'm going to be pissed if they brought Kate back just to have her leave Gotham.

Just stopping in to say that Bitsie Tulloch was amazing. I loved her on Grimm, but she's even more amazing here.

Has this shows budget been massively cut? There have barely been any action scenes all season. Every conflict gets resolved by a pep talk about love & family. What has happened to this show?

So this is why Julia was written out. All of the possible stories for Julia being in the crows & ally to the bat team were given to Sophie. Now Sophie is no longer a crow. So what now? Is this the beginning of the bat cave getting over crowded with a bunch of characters the show no longer needs like Flash & Arrow? I didn't like Ryan's love interest so I hope she's gone for good. I'm not happy with the direction this show is going in with the Luke stuff. This show doesn't even feel like a comic book show most of the time. Of course they kill Enigma before really doing anything with her. At this point I'm only watching for Alice & Wallis Day.

The face mask stuff is one of the stupidest things. I hate that the show went this route for Kate instead of face surgery to change her face. So lame.

One episode in & I already love Spooner. I didn't get any Mona vibes at all.

They didn't say it could happen. Just that it's something they wish could happen. I don't see Supergirl getting any spin offs. Especially with Superman & Lois now on the network.

The first five episodes of Superman & Lois, which are the extended cuts also on the CW app, are now on HBO Max and will be there until May 17th.

Yeah, this show sucks. I waited months for Julia to come back just to be written out again automatically. I've gotten to the point where I can't even stand looking at Sophie. Ryan's annoying me as well. Oh well. This show had promise. Now I just feel like giving up on it.

The ratings say nothing. They mean little to nothing to CW who cares most about their app. Half the shows on CW get the same or worse ratings than Batwoman. Regarding the premiere, it was hard for me getting back into Supergirl which is more silly & lighthearted after the last few weeks of Superman & Lois.

Batwoman is not ending next season & no announcement like that has been made.

I think it's clear that is what happened. I don't think Kara/Supergirl not being mentioned means anything. S&L is clearly ignoring as much from that show as possible, hence them introducing their own versions of Sam Lane & Morgan Edge. If S&L weren't taking place in 2021 imo they would have said so. If not for covid S&L would have had a crossover with Batwoman. I think that makes it clear it's in line in present day with all the other DC shows.

I don't think so. There's nothing indicating that this show isn't taking place in present day and playing out the same time as Supergirl, Flash, Batwoman, etc. current seasons.

I have a feeling Wallis Day/Kate Kane isn't going anywhere. Whether they like it or not this season hasn't been working. I don't know what I think will happen to Ryan, but this KK recasting news is the most well received news this show has gotten in a year. I'll be surprised if they have her just hand over the mantle to Ryan & leave.
