Oh, sorry my bad. Obviously that would have been even better because Oliver would have finally learned to appreciate Laurel and he would have shown that by being the person she always knew he could be... the domesticated hubby who cooks.

That would have been fine because Oliver could see that Laurel is capable and would have known the city to be in capable hands. Therefore he could focus on saving the city by day and she'd do the night part because she is BC.

:-) Or maybe the torrid romance could be between BS and Oliver because BS is Laurel and Laurel was Oliver's girlfriend. So this Laurel also could be his one true luv. Of course it could also be a Canary/Oliver sandwich. More BC and GA then you never knew you needed or wanted. Maybe that is why the show moved to 9pm. The wedding is just for show because who needs Felicity if you can have Oliver and his screaming birds. Maybe Sara could drop by once in awhile. But let's be real I am expecting Lance or Vigilante.

Who are we expecting? Diggle? Oliver?

Maybe that is their strategy. Getting you to a point where you'd literally watch anything else.

Well, I do get it. Usually new characters would be thrown Felicity's way so that the audience will care for them. The producers can't/won't do it with Dinah. She needs someone else. So you could either take Oliver or Diggle. They decided on Diggle because his wife is only around every 5 episodes. So in the meantime it is Diggle's job to make Dinah more integrated. She is after all the Black Canary and she cannot/won't be sidelined like Wild Dog and Curtis. It is funny though that, to me, the show after all these seasons still only needs OTA to make it work. Everything else is not necessary on day to day basis. At least, I wouldn't miss Wild Dog or Curtis all that much. But they want Dinah to work so they try to make her 'family' and with Diggle's help they think it might work.

Did I miss them becoming BFFs? Maybe I did, I don't remember S5 all that much.

If that turns out to be correct then this person should first apply for a writer‘s job and 2. tell SA that he needs to be more creative to compete.

Is it rude to say that I still don't care for the newbies? I mean, Dinah fits best imo, she and Lance had some nice scenes. Wild Dog can take his daughter and live a happy life somewhere else. As for Curtis, he is only good in a small dosage. Like back in S4. I liked him better than now he just annoys me.

Why didn't Oliver just tell them real quick that he is with William? Was there too little time?

Well, she needs to be dead for the plot and Diggle needs to help Felicity, so he can get injured for the plot. Maybe they thought 'How about we'll leave the best for last'

Can I be blunt? He is nothing but a fanboy too. He wants/pretends to be this serious website but actually he only wants the show to be 'his' show. His opinion counts and if you have another then he will do stuff like that twitter post. He is not better or worse than most on reddit when it comes down to it.
