  1. I've read all the links here on this site (which to me seems chock full of juicy info from all over), and I don't recall reading about the "very public battle between Theresa accusing Wendy of keeping her from her children". Was this battle done behind closed doors? Was it done in Wendy's head? All I read about was days after sentencing Theresa filed a letter to the judge written by her new lawyer asking for clarification. I read nothing that blamed Wendy for this? The only things I read about Wendy were put out by Wendy.
  2. This woman is a joke. Her claim to fame is Theresa and Lindsay Lohan? And so much for never taking Theresa on as a client. I guess those spotlights and paparazzi just sucked her in huh?
  3. I didn't catch the makeup comment but yes to the hair. Maybe her fake eyelashes she keeps on? You could tell she wasn't in full makeup in bed because her face was much lighter in bed then it was when she was up and about. Her eyes still looked dark though. I don't know how people do it either with the hair. I have a relative with hair just like Theresa's (she can't blow out herself either) and once she has a blow out or treatment she doesn't wash for days either. I get why but still ick.
  4. Caroline goes from looking like shit in one scene to actually being attractive the next. No way Lauren the makeup artist/hair stylist/blow dry queen has that much skill.
  5. There is still plenty of time for that to happen. Her fans couldn't make her talk show happen. Bethenny is grating and while she makes terrific snarking material that doesn't necessarily translate into viewers (who in turn translate into her paycheck). Just ask those hilarious friends of Andy's, the Manzos in NJ. /sarcasm
  6. But Kathy is using Jac for airtime. And Jac is using Kathy. And they're all using Theresa. What's so horrible about this? At least Kathy didn't bother to deny it because, umm, we all have eyes and have watched the show. And I agree with Dina, the filming of the fake concern during sentencing was ridiculous. I expect it from Jac. Kathy should take a step back before speaking if she wants to keep her self proclaimed saintly personality.
  7. I wonder if she thinks since she didn't pay for them she doesn't have to claim them.
  8. At this point I would distance myself from anyone who associated with Jac as well. That woman is clearly unstable, vindictive and untrustworthy. Kathy will find out soon enough that Theresa's lies are a walk in the park compared to Jac's insanity. She better not confide any secrets in her either because if Kathy and Theresa make up, and she leaves Jac in the dust, we're all gonna know about them soon enough. At least when Theresa is mad at you she ignores you and won't speak to you. Jac, not so much.
  9. This show sucks. But i would tune in for a Peoples Couch type of show featuring Christopher & Juicy Joe, with the occasional guest appearance of Rosie (but only if they're all drunk).
  10. Right after she called her Bravo producers and camera men.
  11. I would think it could also be that it is totally inappropriate to discuss real life grades, tests and homework of 2nd and 3rd graders on national tv. Discussing dressing pretty and fake "boyfriends" is a lot more generic and innocent (for lack of a better word).
  12. Theresa was not speaking in open court without the advice of her attorney and Feldman (if not, wtf was Feldman hired to do then)? Her team clearly did not advise her properly based on the outcome we witnessed in the press.
  13. Yes! They absolutely do. If Feldman is taking credit the first court appearance then she's an idiot. This should have been asked for and ironed out at that time.
  14. Tre stated she hadn't seen Kathy in 9 months at the time of the gift exchange, not after the gift exchange. Which would make sense because when they all sat down that night they all commented about how they hadn't seen each other in so long and how nice it was to be together again. I took it as that's why Tre was offended by the gift. They hadn't been together to "joke" with each other in that way.
  15. This! I am standing and applauding you! You've described this awful woman perfectly. You forgot the oh so original "he put a ring on it".
  16. I was going to say, it's not a kid's god given right to be on a reality show just because one of their parents is a desperate famewhore. If both parents don't agree, no show. And let the famewhore lead the fight to change the other one's mind.
  17. This x 10000! We've all read the blogs and statements written by Theresa vs those written by her ghost writer. Theresa is clearly not the mastermind behind her brand. Some business man somewhere saw her on the show, saw a way to capitalize on her popularity and ran with it IMO. And this was all on the heels of Bethenny and her big launch thanks to NY. None of her success can be attributed directly to Theresa's smarts based on what we've seen on the show or the tabloids.
  18. I'm not sure I understand what she should have told her kids all along. Up until sentencing day everyone in her camp thought she'd get off with probation. Would it have been responsible to scare 3 little kids for months to prepare then for their mom leaving them and then say whoops, just kidding mom's staying home? I do think they told Gia that Joe was going away. Her demeanor on the show whenever she was with him said as much. As for the comments on WWHL, that was less than 24 hours after court. It may have taken them some time for it to sink in. They now have 4 months to prepare all the kids for the future since now they know for sure what to expect. Hopefully they spend that time wisely (yea i know, that's hoping for a lot).
  19. Yes. Anyone can write a judge requesting anything. I wouldn't be surprised if there are letters from her parents and siblings requesting something similar as well. Doesn't mean the judge or BOP has to listen, but it certainly can be done (and in most cases encouraged by the lawyers). In her case I don't read it as that's what her lawyers were doing though. They were asking for clarification before it got turned over to the BOP for assignment. Which again (I know, I'm harping now), but this Wendy person's statement about the new letter being filled with inaccuracies and false statements. Huh? They pretty much quoted the official transcript and asked for clarification. How is that "false and inaccurate"? That woman is a joke.
  20. I agree they dropped her but my guess is it was over money. The lawyers know better than anyone what they have as far as assets and they knew there was nothing left in the pot so why continue working for them. Which I hope is the case because i keep seeing reference to the layers quitting over being blamed for various things. To that I would say, who are these pussy lawyers that quit just because they don't like what their client says about them after sentencing? Ask 10 inmates if they think their lawyers did a good job and I bet 9.9 of then blame the lawyer for them being in jail. Criminal defense attorneys should be used to this nonsense and if not they should find another line of work IMO. Tre can complain all she wants but truth is, her attorney got her 15 months from what started as 41 counts against her, facing decades in prison. I think those attorneys can use that fact towards their marketing campaign if need be. The words of a dumb convicted felon who didn't "understand" anything is hardly cause for running and hiding.
  21. Feldmans advice is just that, advice. She's got no legal leg to stand on with anything. I'm sure Theresa isn't the first client to listen to her lawyer over Feldman, and I'm sure she won't be the last. This woman needs to get over it already.
  22. Much thanks to you and the kitten. After reading the letter though, first I don't believe her lawyer released that to the tabloids. What purpose would it serve? I do believe that it's possible the Wendy girl did if she was copied on it as it serves as a way of clearing her name of this mess so to speak. Secondly. IMO,that letter was not a plea for leniency. Anyone can write a letter to the judge or BOP asking for provisions for a prisoner. While the judge has no say in where she ultimately goes, the BOP does heavily weigh the judges advice. It sounds like the first attorney asked for her to be placed close to home which could end her up in a min security prison in NY. The new lawyer wants it cleared up that first and foremost it should be a camp, then the proximity to her home (CT vs WV) come in to play. If it were me as the prisoner I'd want that clarified too. And as far as the half way house, she didn't ask for Theresa to bypass jail for that. She wants it to be recommended that she could eventually go to a hwh. This is common for most first time prisoners at the end of their sentence. A judge recommending it could only help with the possibility of that happening. She's not getting off early in any way. And it's not like she'll spend most of her sentence there. They can certainly ask for it but any lawyer worth their salt knows it's unlikely. A few months at most. Reading this letter now makes me wonder how stupid Theresa's first lawyer was. This is common sense and should have been made clear in the initial plea.
  23. Where is the letter published at? I saw an article that stated some website "obtained it" but where did it come from? Did her lawyer send it to the tabloids? The only thing I read sounded like Wendy was copied on it and released bits and pieces herself.
  24. Theresa isn't writing the judge personally asking for a half way house. She has a lawyer somewhere doing it for her. An attorney typically doesn't just walk away from court never to be heard from again unless both sides are done with each other, which it sounds like was the case here. She was done with one and found another.ETA: we must've been posting simultaneously
  25. Well they do have that whole reality tv thing in common too. Birds of a feather...
