I think Justin paid the doctor off. Because if Bill isn't the daddy, then he can stop obsessing about a life with Steffy and get back to running SP. Justin is looking out for $Bill because he sees $MaybeDaddy is wrecked/distracted by this ... and is looking out for SP's bottom line because $Bill needs to get back to business. I totally believe 1) Liam will find the paternity results. 2) He'll think it's Wyatt thereby forcing Wyatt to out Watie to his brother. and 3) The brothers together will realize the only other person it could be is $Dad. The Big Question then is 1) Does Liam immediately confront Still? or 2) Does he do his own paternity test and then confront Still? Bonus points if Liam's independent test shows $Bill is the daddy (and maybe Liam as infertile) Steffy looked awfully sad and unhappy when she told Bill that Liam was the father. I absolutely agree with Waldo13 that Steffy is trying to convince herself every time she natters on about Steam's great love story. I don't think it's deep down in her heart that she wants Bill though, I think it's right there under the surface. I'm interested to see how Sally/ Hope play into this SL. I don't think Hope wants Liam back, but I do think she's going to check Sally out to see if she's really into Liam for himself and not the Spencer money/power. Hope will soon see that Sally is the antithesis of Steffy. I'd love to see a Hally friendship -- true girlfriends -- not fighting over a guy. Edited to add -- I think Katie asked Thorne to move in to make Wyatt jealous and to force Wyatt to define exactly what their relationship is. I didn't see Thorne's visit as a mooch, but rather he wanted to commiserate with another younger sibling who has always lived in the shadow of/ lost out to the favored oldest golden child. Katie made the offer and he accepted. Thorne may think Brooke won't like it if he seems to be interested in Katie. He may think she'll reconsider her Sludge choice if she sees someone else finds Thorne attractive. I love my girl Brooke, but she does always want all the boys in her yard after her milkshake.

So after the clearly never not needed soft core scene today with Sludge and Brooke (she looked amazing, he needs to be completely clothed at all times), we were treated to a facial close up of Brooke. Who should have been basking in Sludge-y afterglow (shudder, horrors) -- but instead was lying there clearly thinking about someone else. Some other masculine else. Someone with the initials T(horne) F(orrester). Sludge keeps repeating how committed he is to Brooke (tru luv 4-evah!), as if he believes that if he says it enough it will be true. Brooke even admits he'll always have an eye for the ladies. Countdown until Sludge cheats ... again ... 10 - 9 - 8 - 7 ........

That baby is so not Liam's Every time Stuffy said the baby was Liam's, it reinforced that it's $Bill's. Every time Liam was all great googly moogly she's having my baby to Wyatt -- nope sorry it's Bill's. I know that it's always been Steffy with fertility problems, And this latest round of trying for months but no baby has been all about her fertility. But has anyone ever considered it's Liam with the problem? Steffy's issue was somehow cleared up while she was in Paris so all systems should be go. But...... not. Not until after the night of animal passion with $Bill. I see an inconclusive paternity test and Still deciding to believe it's Liam's baby. Somehow Liam finds out he's not able to father a child, so we could have a SL where Liam knows he's not the father, doesn't tell Steffy he knows, and is on a quest to find out who is before the baby is born. Steffy is still freaking about Still and they continue having endless secret conversations that Liam can never find out. Except he does (partially open door anyone). There is a huge confrontation with the 3 of them. Liam says he knows about Still. Steffy says yeah ok, but it was just one time, you know that time we were on a break for 12 hours after you told me you kissed Sally when you thought you were going to die., And anyway the baby is yours. Which is when Liam drops the I'm sterile bombshell. I can't decide if Steffy goes into premature labor at 5 months from the stress and the pregnancy is a tock. Or whether Liam dumps her trifling heaux ass, tells his Dad they really are done for good this time and he can have her. I'd love it if Hope were there as a friend only through this as Liam resumes the Cooper name and gets his life back together. If Wyatt would also be thoroughly disgusted with Still and be there for Liam with Hope, I could see this as an organic way for Wyope to reunite.

I think Quinn is supposed to be RS' real age which is 49. Quinn was a teen mom, So I think Wyatt is supposed to be 30-32. Katie is at least 40-43. She is the youngest Logan sister so she's about 8-10 years younger than Brooke -- who I think is supposed to be 50 . I believe Thorne is Brooke's age, he is about a year younger than Ridge The problem with soaps is the SORAS-ing of the children. So we end up with Brooke has a son Rick who is at least 35, which is impossible because she wasn't a teen or early 20s when he was born. I think Eric is supposed to be JMc's real age (73) or a tad older. He and Satanie married at 21-22, so it's possible Sludge could be 52-53 but not possible for Sludge to have Faudi who is about 28-30 -- because Sludge wasn't 23-25 when she was born. SORAS-ing strikes again and screws up everything. Edited to add. I think Liam and Wyatt are about the same age, probably on a few months apart. It's never been said who is older. I think it was suggested Bill was sleeping with Quinn and Liam's mother at about the same time. Obviously the 2 of them knew something about Bill's character, as both of them kept their sons far, far away from $Dad.

Sooooooo ..... Today we find out from Eric's own lips that while he has forgiven Quinn and Sludge is still co-CEO, Eric has not forgiven Ridge for Australia, nor has Eric taken back his pronouncement that Sludge is no longer his son and a not member of the family. Finally!!!! I have long suspected that Eric was working hard to cover up his anger toward Sludge for his latest betrayal and all the earlier nonsense about keeping Quinn from him, the POA runaround and boycotting the wedding. Eric is trying to keep peace in the family , but the price is that his anger is still there simmering just under the surface and can erupt at any time. Sludge, of course, thinks it's all hunky dory and forgotten and he is completely forgiven by everyone. As if. I'm so glad Thorne pushed and got Eric to admit that. Loved Eric announcing he was still top dog at FC and would be until he died. I wish Sludge had been there to hear it. I also believe that Thorne's heart to heart with Brooke calling Sludge a serial cheater who won't change will lead her to realize she too is still angry at Ridge and hasn't forgiven him, and -- like Eric -- she's been hiding that anger to help keep peace. Anything to get her to realize this time it's a Bridge too far Also I think she been quiet until now because for some reason she doesn't want Slouchy to know what a man-haux Sludge is. Because Ridge was always a man-haux. A handsome. charming, debonair, sexy one when RM was Ridge and a rumpled, sludge-y one with TK. But still a haux. Fauxdi-Hauxdi sure didn't fall far from the haux tree.

Maybe the time in Paris changed more than his looks. ; ) He took stock and decided to change his life. He was out from Ridge's shadow. Stretched himself by studying design and being mentored by top European designers. He has a successful boutique label so I'm sure his confidence is way up. Thorne was always good looking (esp WH), nice, kind and an all around good guy -- definitely a notRidge. I can see the models responding to that. They probably noticed him back in the day. I'm sure they have all heard about Ridge's reputation, Thorne's different. Charming, but not smarmy like Ridge. And he mentioned Ally again on Mon!!! I'd love to see Thorne connected in some way to Darlita but not as her father. I know Darla was very blonde but could Darlita be a cousin or niece or something? Maybe Darlita's mother was Darla's childhood BFF and named her after Darla. Darlita = little Darla.

Random thoughts on Thorne's arrival today I liked Thorne's low-key "surprise I'm back". I think he definitely looked like a fashion designer who had just flown in from Paris -- a tad continental with the turtleneck sweater. tweed jacket and casual dress pants. Sludge as usual looked like he slept in his clothes. Brooke lighted up like fireworks on the 4th every time she looked at nuThorne. I saw instant chemistry between KKL and IR. Thorne mentioned Ally!!! Loved the recognition of his grief and healing from her death Sludge was being a smug condescending asshat today to Thorne -- and Thorne was having none of it. The Marrone gauntlet was thrown down. Oh yeah, Thorne bring it on and take Sludge down. I thought Sludge was giving Brooke space after the Brill break-up, but oh no there he was again pushing, pushing, pushing the DESTINY scenario and the tired ol' "Put our family back together like it's supposed to be. RJ will be so happy". WTF -- RJ isn't 5, his parents haven't been together once in his entire life. Brooke looked less than even marginally interested and seriously annoyed Sludge was starting that up again. Eric looked really happy Thorne was back and would be at FC again. Sludge looked like he swallowed an unripe persimmon. I think Brooke is going to offer Thorne a room at Chez Brooke until he finds a home. Sludge will be furious as he doesn't couch surf there but in a hotel somewhere -- some random comment Sludge said a while back

I'll admit I had my doubts about IR as the new Thorne. To me he's Jax on GH. But.... seeing that promo clip convinced me that Brad Bell found an actor who can not only look like Thorne, but also really inhabit who Thorne is and challenge Ridge as top FC dog, IR has it all over TK in looks, and that clip shows us that new Thorne looks like a fashion designer - like the son of chic Satanie and dapper Eric would look like -- not like the unmade, unclean bed Sludge looks like. Being excited to see how IR takes on the role in no way dims my forever love for Winsor Harmon.

Ya'll I called it -- revenge f--k . Oh -- that $Bill smile at the end gave it all away. It will be interesting (but not enjoyable) to see how long Bill carries this on and how he lets Liam know about it. A video of Still going hot and heavy maybe? After all Liam taped $Bill. I can see Bill thinking it's the perfect way to deliver his revenge. Bonus points if Steffy is there when Bill does it and he tells her it has all been a lie, that he was using her to f--k over his son. That she was collateral damage just like Sally/SFwere in his quest for Sky and revenge. Super extra bonus points if Steffy has fallen in love with Bill before he screws her over and kicks her to the curb. I want to see her crying and sobbing that he can't do this to her, that she loves him, that she thought they had a future together after all the things he said. And.... I want Liam to read her for filth and not be the least bit sympathetic that his father has used/discarded her.

Oh no he didn't. $Bill in love with Steffy? Liar, Liar. Two days ago he was madly in love with Brooke, begging her to come back. And now he's in love with perfect incredible flawless Queen Steffy? Nope Nope, never not buying it. What I saw today was a man calculatingly seducing an upset, hurting woman (upset for no reason but I digress). The bad mouthing of Liam-- "Liam doesn't deserve you" "Your marriage was a mistake" -- is beyond the pale even for $Bill. This seduction/ banging of Steffy is how $Bill will exactly his final ultimate revenge on Liam. The revenge he promised he'd do. I only hope when it all comes out Wyatt will rethink his position that $Bill loves his sons, has always been loyal to them and has always had their backs.

Today all I saw was a repeat of Steffy leaving Wyatt because of Quinn with the ultimatum of cutting her out of his life. Today was Steffy leaving Liam because of Sally and the ultimatum of cutting her out of his life -- as well as putting $Bill and Wyatt first (emphasis on $Bill). And .. seriously Steffy -- Liam disgusts you because he kissed Sally in a tense, life-threatening moment of weakness. I wonder if Liam with return the favor when he finds out Still are banging -- more than once if spoilers are true.

I'm convinced Bill is playing Li.am We're going to see Bill with Justin crowing that Liam bought the whole I-want-my-son-back-I'm-sorry-forgive-me spiel, that revenge is so ON and that he's going to cancel every one of Liam's stupid changes and new policies. I also think he's going to demand Wyatt help him screw Liam over as a test of loyalty and Wyatt will go along, because he knows how vengeful Bill can be. That is what is going to break Watie up. I think Wyatt is personally a little afraid of Bill, at least the crazy out for revenge side of Bill. Wyatt grew up with crazy; he knows how bad it can get. Liam isn't personally afraid of Bill, he's afraid for the people Bill goes after/ mistreats = the SP employees, Sally, the Spectra gang.

I hope against hope Show will have Liam pull back from his embrace of $Bill and his 'I love you too Dad' and say: "But I don't forgive you for everything you've done. You must think I'm a stupid if you believe you got all the copies of the recording. There are more. Many more. And if anything at all happens to me -- all of them will be given to the police. Now get out of my office. Oh ....... and Justin ..... You're fired." Then I want him in Puffy's face and read her for filth for being Bill's "confidante: and "calming"' him, taking his side -- rather than supporting her husband. I do not believe for a nanosecond Bill has forgiven Liam -- I think he's still out for revenge. Liam's flinch when Bill said the Spencer way included killing enemies was so telling. As much as Bill says he loves Liam, I don't think he'd hesitate to have Justin hire someone to take Liam out. Bill has moved from being a ruthless businessman to someone who acts out of pure anger and hate, and a need to strike back, a need for ultimate revenge.

This is me being a shallow Bitch Eating Crackers: I know Halloween is soon, but Steffy's all black ensembles of late and her Morticia get-up today are not making. it. Not. At. All.. Is the all black Show's way of telling us Puffy is going over to the dark side by supporting Bill and ultimately betraying Liam? I think after watching $Bill today he's not out to bed Steffy, but to convince her to erase the incriminating recording of his confession. I have to believe Liam is smart enough to have several copies elsewhere than his phone. Seriously Sludge -- Liam is not going to tell you what went down with Bill. It's none of your business. Stop being so damn pushy and fishing for something on Bill so you can win Brooke back. If the Brooke/Katie conversation today is any indication, Brooke isn't considering you right now. And while I generally dislike Lemonheads, she spoke truth by advising Brooke to be alone for a while, maybe for a year.

Ya'll help me out here. Bill is swearing hell fire, damnation and vengeance on Liam. Ummm. ......... other than sexing up Steffy what exactly can he do to Liam? Is ruining Steam the absolutely worst thing that could ever happen to Liam? I suppose Bill could take away the beach house. Or have Liam kidnapped and imprisoned in South America somewhere. Or put out a contract and have him killed. Or burn down Spectra again, only this time with Sally in it. Or fake his death and have Liam arrested for murder. Or have someone else killed and have Liam arrested for murder -- hit & run drunk driving anyone. Or do something horrible to Hope and/or Ivy. There's always the Keyser Soze take out your whole family thing, But Liam has no family -- just Bill, Wyatt, and Will -- and we know Bill won't hurt his other sons. All of these things are illegal and Bill might get caught. Seriously, what can Bill do that will ruin Liam's life and put him in a world of hurt for a very long time?

Dear Show, Please, we beg you, do not resurrect GarBridge. Please let Brooke remember forever and always that Sludge cheated on her the night before their wedding. Please let her remember forever and always he broke up with her on their honeymoon over a text message. Please let our girl Brooke stand strong and remember forever and always all the times Sludge hurt her and left her. Please let her tell Sludge firmly and in no uncertain terms that she will never go back to him; they share history and a son but that is all. Please let her repeat this as often as necessary.. Please do not let her do the coy smile when she says this so that Sludge knows she means it. If she has to physically push him away, please let her do that too. If you're determined to break up Brill forever, please let our girl Brooke remain single for a good long while. If she must have a new relationship, let it be a long slow rekindling with Thorne. Start them out as the friends they always were and let them naturally, organically find their way back to each other. Please let Brooke be happy for more than 3 months. After all these years she deserves a forever after romance. Even Eric and Satanie eventually got a happy ending until her death. Brooke has been looking for that happy ending for 30 years. We think she deserves it now. Please let Sludge gain a smidgen of self awareness and realize that playing kissy-face with Quinn ruined forever any chance at Destiny. While you're at it let Slouchy Sludge Jr. get bored in Bell A and go back to school, or to Paris ..... or to blazes. Just get him off the screen and out of his mother's love life. @drivethroo I like it! Not a fan of killing off children, but CoSlo can get off my screen at anytime. Even better if no one knows Bill had it done -- leaky gas main during construction or something. Liam may suspect, but he can't prove it, and Bill is smart enough to really cover his tracks. Show could use this as a opportunity to have Slouchy burned and recovering/ plastic surgery and return as NotSlouchy, NotWhiny who looks and acts like the gorgeous son of KKL and RM. I don't hate CoCo but she can leave. Steffy is a total bitch about the Spectra explosion/ death of CoCo and Liam draws away as he sees her for the self-absorbed, selfish brat she is. Meanwhile Sally and the Gang are devastated by CoCo's death and the death of their dream (again). Bill offers to buy the Spectra property and Sally in her grief sells it to him. So he at least wins the property, even though Liam is still CEO. Liam and Sally grow closer as he helps her through her grief over CoCo's death. End of Steam (forever!!!!) beginning of Lally. We have the continued story of Bill trying to oust Liam, but not being able to. Vicious skullduggery and business stories. This could be months nay years of viewing fun for the whole family

Sooo ....... Does $Bill think that badmouthing and dogging Liam out to Puffy then threatening unlimited vicious, crushing vengeance (on Liam) will make her 1) run to Liam, tell him Daddy's about to mean to him and that he needs to kiss and make up and/ or 2) Puffy will realize what a wussy loser Liam is and Puffy will jump on and ride the Stallion? I can't figure what Bill's move is. Although what is abundantly clear is that he feels absolutely no remorse for burning down Spectra. If Show wants to make Bill a full on villain, they will have him destroy the new Spectra building -- and this time someone gets seriously hurt/dies.

On one hand I'm with Grams in that I think Lally would be a cute couple and Sally deserves to be happy with someone like Liam. She does light up around him and Liam certainly looks happier when he's around her. I think Grams has Puffy pegged for the spoiled, selfish, entitled bitch she is. Grams knows it would kill Puffy to lose Liam to Sally. Gram is also dead on that marriage, especially in Bell A/ with the Forresters isn't forever. However, contrary to what Puffy says, I believe Sally has too much integrity to go after a married man. But.... if Lally is end game it probably has to be after Puffy has taken a ride on the Stallion and Liam knows about it, And seriously can $Beffy just get it on already? All these, lingering smoldering looks and caressing touches and $Bill's tongue baths about the wonderful marvelous wonderfulness marvelousness of Queen Puffy are Just. Too. Much. Enough already. And OMG did he really call her a queen today. I'm interested in how $Bill is going to bed Queen Puffy without ruining his chances of getting Brooke back. Adding: I'm so damn glad Sally figured out Bill had Spectra torched. Now if Liam will only let her (and Thomas) know about Carolying. Maybe that will be Liam's revenge if $Beffy happen.

@ Anna Yolei -- exactly! Ridge has been a playa and a cheater since the Show's debut. Because he was a Forrester and handsome (RM) and rich he was the Prince of Bell A and able to cut a wide swath through Caroline I, lots and lots of models, Brooke, Taylor (bouncing between them on infinite repeat), Bridget, who knows how many in Paris, Katie, Carowhine. back to Brooke, Quinn, and now Brooke ..... again. Did I leave anyone out. Golly Ned pick a lane and stay there. Problem is while Ron Moss had the looks to pull off the hottie playa, even as he aged, TK does not. I don't find TK handsome or sexy or interesting at all (YMMV). He Does. Not. look like an aging, but well-preserved, playa. He does not look like the Prince of Bell A. He looks seedy, greasy, like he slept in his clothes, in need of a bath, a shave and a haircut. And every time he shows up at Brooke's he looks more and more desperate. If I have a choice between TKRidge and JMc Eric I'll take Eric every time. .JMc is still so handsome, even in his 70s . His is the look Ridge should be emulating. Of course I'd really like to take WH's Thorne. Now there's a man who could convincingly be an aging, well-preserved playa. Adding: Don't hate me, but my natural hair color is close to Sally's. Not quite as firey copper, but close.

Geez Louise, doesn't Sludge have anything to do except be all up in Brooke's grill all the the effing time? Reminding her that he's still here. He'll always be here for her. He'll always love her. He wants to see her in lingerie, He wants his "family" back together. Bill is a rotten piece of rottenness. He knew Bill would screw up and hurt her. Oh and did he mention he's still here. He'll always be here for her ....... etc. etc. etc. ad nauseam, Every. Single. Damn. Day. Brooke gets these tolerant smiles when he goes on like this. She looks like she wants to be anywhere but there and that she wants him to leave and quit bothering her. I wish Show would have her tell Sludge to back off and go away in no uncertain terms. That she hasn't forgiven him for playing Quinn Kissy-face the night before their wedding and she's not sure she ever will. Brooke needs to make it clear that whatever is going on between her and Bill is none of Sludge's business and he needs to butt the hell out, go away, leave her alone and stop, for the love of God, pestering her. She needs to tell him there is no more Destiny, not now nor in the future. Destiny will never return because he killed it playing Quinn Kissy-face. Show needs to let Ridge grow up and stop thinking he is forever the hottest hottie playa in all of Bell LA that can get any woman he wants, whenever he wants. He needs to realize that women are not panting and wanting and waiting for him to crook his finger and beckon them back. Brooke needs to tell Sludge she's grown up and maybe it was time he did too. Maybe Thorne could help this along by telling Sludge a few home grown truths.

OK so Sheila promised Mateo a $100.000 if he seduces Quinn. Um.... Mateo has seen the rat trap she lives it, surely he thinks if she has $100K she'd have a nicer place. AFAIK Sheila is broke. Sooo.... Did she save up her wages from making license plates in prison? Is she blackmailing Dr Shrink the Ex? Does she expect to get the money from Eric once Quinn is caught cheating? Is she just lying and will welch on Mateo? Anyone else think Mateo will try but conscience won't let him go through with the Quinn-duction and he'll tell Eric and/or Quinn about Sheila's plot? Will Sheila find out and try to/ succeed in killing him, maybe framing Quinn for the murder of her "lover." Mateo is supposedly only a short term character, but I would love to see him stay around for Ivy. Make him Darlita's cousin or a high school friend of Sally's. That's how he found out about the job at the Forresters. Thomas mentioned it one day at Spectra. A couple of lines of dialogue will flesh out the whole thing = Darlita hangs up the phone and tells Sally "That was my cousin Mateo. I told him what Thomas said about his grandfather needing someone at the estate. Mateo just got promoted to estate manager!! (happy squeal, hug for Sally)" Edited to add -- I second enough with the portrait nonsense, and Shelia needs to get off my screen and off my Show

MatIvy would bring all the pretty! What on earth could Shelia offer Mateo to get him to go after Quinn? Sheila has no power and no money. Eric just made him estate manager -- probably with a hefty salary. Even if Shelia tells Mateo Quinn has the hots for him 1) why would he believe her and 2) why would he jeopardize his new job?. Summer is over, and Sheila needs to be gone.

Gam2 -- totally agree. Raya, Sludge, and CoSlo(uch) had zero right to pack Brooke things. How do they even know they got everything? And then to put them away as a "surprise." Umm ... in a word ..... No. I'm sure it was Sludge's idea as a way to stick it to Bill. Speaking of Sludge, could he have been any more in your face, hinting he wanted to move into Brooke's house? His whole,"living in a hotel, the loft doesn't feel right, I'm only at home at Dad's and here" whine was so obvious it was funny -- except not, because I think he expected Brooke to invite him to live there. If Brooke's house is home, then what was his house with Taylor? I have to say this, although it pains me. While Fauxdi will never be a fave, I have to feel a little for her whenever Sludge goes on and on and on and on about Brooke -- his one true love, the only woman for him, their never-can-be broken connection, being a family with RJ, etc, etc, etc. I mean, does Ridge not remember how much he loved Taylor? That he was married to her for years, had 3 children -- a family -- with her, and that when he's waxing rhapsodic about twu wuv Brooke to Fauxdi he's doing it to Taylor's daughter. The man is completely self-absorbed. Fauxdi certainly looked like a ride-or die chick today, all in black, leather jacket and the extreme winged out eyeliner. Tempting $Bill to take his hog out. Bill is so playing her to get back at Liam. I'm suspect though, that if Fauxdi keeps supporting Bill over Liam, he may not care as much as Bill thinks.. Liam is beginning to give Faux the side eye and see her for the entitled brat she is. Even if he isn't falling for Sally, he can't help but see the contrast between the two,

Finally. Finally!!! Liam told Wyatt about the Carolying Lie. Wyatt thought it was so nuts he didn't believe it at first. Because you know why? It is nuts. I saw a glimmer today that Wyatt might get on board with Liam to run the kinder, gentler SP, making it not just wildly profitable, but a really great company. At the very least Wyatt looked interested when Liam asked if he wanted to be part of the new SP.
