He tried to kidnap/ force her into marriage once. Hope has to remember. that. He gaslighted and threatened Douglas to make a marriage happen. Hope has to remember that. He was going to drug her to make the marriage happen (she doesn't know that). He was obsessed and angry -- just like he is now. Hope knows that. I think the odds are very very good Lurch is going to kidnap/ try to force her into marriage -- all disguised as whisking her off to a fantasy surprise wedding. Question is who will figure it out and rescue her this time -- Liam or Finn?

Wait. Wait. I'd forgotten this. That means Sludge has a half sister via Massimo and Sheila, who was once his step-mother. And because Sheila was his step mom, Finn is his step brother as well as his son-in-law. Oh damn this is just all too incestuous for me.

My votes for smoking hot will always be #1 Brooke and Deacon, and #2 Brooke and Thorne. Breacon were incendiary and absolutely on fire. They burned through the screen. I'd follow these 2 couples with Quinn and Carter. Brooke and Ronn Moss Ridge were pretty together, but I didn't find them smoking hot Brooke and Sludge are a drowned pile of dead wet ashes.

@KerleyQ -- I agree up to the 'somehow ended up passing out in bed' part. Luna didn't just lie down because she was feeling unwell and pass out. She took off all her clothes, climbed into bed naked, and passed out/ fell asleep. How would she explain that to RJ? How would she explain the getting naked part? Who goes to get water and strips off their clothes? Last but not least -- the mansion has a kitchen -- why go to the guest house for water?

This x 1 Million I cannot see Hope ever being with Lurch. except in business Even if she acknowledges his edge, his grayness, he kept her child a secret because he wanted to have her/ bone her/ own her. He was planning to drug her to make it happen. He chased Emma off the road to stop her telling Hope the truth. We all saw his satisfied smile when he saw her wrecked car. He bullied and terrified his son to keep the truth hidden. Except for Douglas' brave truth telling, Hope would still believe Beth was dead. Which. Is. Exactly. What. Lurch. Wanted.

Seeing the beginning of chemistry when Bill rescued Li, I was so hoping Show was going somewhere with Bill and Li before hippie dippie free spirit/ possible gold digger Poppy appeared. Maybe Li had hopes for her and Bill too. and she's furious at Poppy because she's swiped someone from Li too many times before.

I realize time is fluid and flexible in SoapLand/ Bell A, But..... I just cannot see $Bill hanging out at a hippie-dippie music festival 20-21 years ago. He would have been 35-40. Not his scene at all, not at that age.. Now if he'd met Poppy in a club where she was a singer, that I'd believe. I think it would be fantastic if Luna was Eric's or Ridge's, who Poppy had a hot week-long fling with. Then it would make sense for Li to be so furious that Luna is at FC and Poppy is hanging around all the time.

They make me cringe just standing there, together or separately I know "young love, first love" sometimes moves fast (way too fast) but the speed of their twu wuv 4 evah is ridiculous.

This would be a real world answer ..... and be an interesting scene on Show. Except ......... Golden Child RJ )TM) is the son of Golden Boy Ridge (TM) and Zende is not the son of one of the Forrester golden offspring. Ridge was always the most favored Forrester child. Doesn't matter that he's really a Marrone. He was/ is in the CEO office and Thorne was always in the basement. Golden Child RJ is the future of FC. Son of the Golden Boy and the Golden Cooter. Therefore he outranks Zende by miles and miles of expensive fabric. You'd think that Thomas would be mighty upset that suddenly RJ is FC's future and he, Thomas, with years of design experience is relegated to the on-hiatus-probably-forever HFTF. Maybe Thomas and Zende can team up to take RJ down a peg or 3 (or 4). Not that I like Thomas At. All. but at least he would have something to occupy his mind besides his Hope obsession.

Popping in to mention how much I'm looking forward to Winsor Harmon's return. I hate it's the (shhh don't tell) Eric is Dying SL, but I always loved WH's Thorne and glad he's back. Plus WH was always my fave eye candy on the show Hey Show, what if you bring Throne back to work with Ridge and Steffy? Eric could ask Throne at the gala party to return to FC. Seriously the Ridge/ Thorne clashes could spice up the tired FC SLs. But please, give Thorne an office -- no more basement.

Without giving away the results of the fashion showdown -- Might I say Ridge has been an absolutely smug, self-satisfied, pompous asshat throughout the entire thing, and he continues being an absolutely smug, self-satisfied, pompous asshat now that the fashion showdown is over.

Esther has had money for at least 10 years, but I doubt she thinks of herself as wealthy or spends any of it. To her that's Mrs.C's money and she just keeping it safe for the next generation of Chancellors. It would never occur to Esther to buy herself an FC original, even though it wouldn't make the tiniest dent in Mrs C's fortune. I think that's why Lauren brought her to the fashion show, to encourage Esther to do something for herself. Might I say that Countess von Botox Filler-fort is being nastier and cattier than Lauren ever was in her heyday.

I'm holding out for a big reveal that Deacon, Bill, and the Judge are in on a plot to lock Sheila away for good. I'm thinking the SL is the Judge was forced to rule according to Bell-A Law that Sheila was free to go because Sinn didn't testify. But the 3 of them were totes furious about that and have come up with a plan to get Sheila locked up. Sheila will do something, try to kill someone, be caught, and then locked away. I'd love it if Bill has involved Li in this -- perhaps as the intended "victim" because she keeps pushing Finn to ditch SheMom for good. We could see Sheila kills Li and think she's gotten away with it. The reveal could happen at the wedding when "Ghost LI" appears and Sheila freaks out with 'you're dead, I killed you'. Extra points if the Judge is performing the wedding and Ghost Li appears at the does anyone object moment. Extra extra points if this is when Steffy returns from Europe (urged by Li). Even more extra extra points if Deacon tells Sheila how much she disgusts him, that she always has, and he's been pretending the entire time to get her out of everyone's lives. We can dream, can't we.

Hope needs a friend and if it's Finn I'm all for it. She doesn't have anyone to confide in except Brooke, which is so so wrong. Brooke is her mother and is far too concerned/ obsessed with Hope's life. Hope is so much younger than her siblings, so she doesn't have what the "Logan Girls" have. Ally could have been a friend but the the idiots in charge made her crazy and killed her off. All the women Hope's age are off the show. Steffy will always be her rival. Hope has no one -- as far as I can tell Hope never mentions any friends at all. Lurch is not and never will be a friend. He's obsessed with her. If Vinny were still alive he could be a friend and clue Hope in on all the things Lurch did that Hope doesn't know (like planning to drug her for sex). But alas Vinny is gone (what a waste of a great character). Liam is being an ass right now about soooo many things, but he's not wrong about Lurch. I cannot grasp how Hope can "forgive" and overlook everything that she already knows Lurch did. I cannot fathom wanting to kiss him ever, much less have sex. Yes they are hot together, but only if you forget every terrible horrible awful thing we (and Hope) know he did.

The answer to this is Yes. Ridge wants all the attention and accolades for himself. Ridge is concerned his designs won't measure up to Eric's. Imagine Eye on Fashion's review if Eric's designs are his best collection ever in the history of FC. Wowing everyone and letting Eric go out on a career high as the premier couture designer in America. And Ridge's are ..... fine, but not wowing anyone.

I'm going to guess the new girl is somehow related to Li -- possibly niece -- therefore Finn's cousin and thus Forrester adjacent. No blood ties though, so not even quasi incest-y. Going waaaaaay out on a limb maybe Ridge's daughter from one of his many model liaisons. This creates major angst for RJ. Brooke calls off/ delays wedding #37,984. Of course it will eventually be revealed new girl is not Ridge's child so she and RJ can date after all. I totally understand why Eric is furious about his stapler. This is the stapler he's had since Day 1 of FC. He's had and used it all these years for every collection he's designed. Ridge threw it away. Cleaned out Eric's stuff from the CEO desk Just an old stapler. Who cares. Not needed any more. All this is exactly Ridge's attitude about Eric. Eric sees the stapler as representing himself -- and Ridge is chomping at the bit to get Eric absolutely completely out of FC. Go play pickle ball old man. We don't need or want you any more. Ridge needs to be reminded that when his Marone paternity was revealed Eric didn't hesitate to still call Ridge his son. If Eric had reacted differently Ridge wouldn't be co-CEO.

Not to be all logical or anything, but what's to stop Sheila from following Stuffy to Rome and doing her in? Sheila sees Stuffy as the obstacle to her Finn obsession, so without Stuffy the path is clear to Finn her darling darling son. With whom she has a forever, for always, for all time and eternity, unbreakable mother-son bond. Rome traffic is insane, so a quick push in front of a Ferrari, and oooops ... squashed Stuffy. Not that I want Deacon to be a killer,. but it would be great drama if he's the one who offs Sheila. His affair with Sheila would never come out and he'd be a "hero" to so many people. The trick is to make is "accidental" so Lt. Hot dog Baker doesn't charge Deacon with murder.

Steffy's hair looked great yesterday. If that is the actress' real hair I say brava and keep it that way. Banish those horrible wigs forever. And... I actually liked that lavender leopard jacket on Steffy. This x1000!! I want a Ridge/ Eric smack down. I want Eric to win. I want Eric's designs to humiliate Ridge. I want Brooke to side with Eric, and it would be great if Hope did. If this SL is in the works, Bring. It. On. Rumble in Bell A. * I think this Ridge is always completely clueless.

I love that Deacon was invited to the party -- at Eric's mansion no less. Those shots of Deacon with Beth as priceless. He absolutely rocked that mermaid tiara. Hope with her father, at her daughter's birthday party, is the relationship Hope has always wanted and hoped for. Please Deacon, be conning Sheila to get her back in jail or just kick her to the curb. Don't screw up this relationship you have with your family.

I believe it's B&B hair/ make-up that insists on keeping Brooke in the long stringy too yellow extensions. The shoulder length bob was so much better. A much less yellow blonde would be a definite improvement.

Oooooo Vinny in the midnight blue tux. He cleaned up so well at that wedding that didn't happen. There were definite vibes between him and Steffy during the scenes. A StefVin paring could have/ would have been so interesting. The rough diamond, kinda low life guy who cleans up and straightens up because of friendship/ love. The snooty, snobby, spoiled brat who finds herself drawn to the type of guy she'd never look at twice. The long drama filled road of each coming to terms with their attractions, fighting it every step of the way, but unable to quit it. The changes each one went through. The Forrester family's agast reactions first at the friendship and then the growing relationship. Ridge's underhanded machinations to keep them apart. Thomas' drama and anger that his sister would be interested in such a low-life. Steffy reminding Thomas that Vinny was his friend and he's working hard to change -- unlike Thomas. This could have been a slow build/ slow burn story line for at least 2 years. An SL that would have involved much of the cast -- while there were other SLs going on. A happy ending for StefVin (marriage?), but the family is still polarized about the pairing. Ensuring an on-going SL even when StefVin weren't front and center. Sigh....... alas, it was not to be. Instead we had Vinny's suicide to save Thomas - a most ridiculous plot contrivance. Why can't we ever have nice things.

At this point I'd rather have Hope and Finn get together (Honn? Fope?) once he finds out about the Steam kisses. I'm holding on to the idea the Thom-ass, who has not changed At. All., has been drugging Hope's water/ something. This is the same guy who bought drugs to dope her on their wedding night. I want someone Hope trusts, maybe RJ or Wyatt or Deacon (not Liam), to remind her Thom-ass kept Beth a secret for a year and watched Hope's agony and grief. Remind her that Thom-ass used that agony and grief to lure Hope into marriage. Remind her of all the things he did to terrorize Douglas. I want whoever that trusted person is to remind Hope that no one, not even Royal Crown Prince Thom-ass Forrester, changes and gets all better as quickly as RCPTF supposedly has. I do not like Thom-ass in any way, and the mere thought of Thope makes me ill. While we're at it, I want Bill and Wyatt to take turns smacking Liam up side his waffle head for the way he's gone after Stuffy and remind him 10,000 times a day of all the things he's done to Hope that are far worse than a kiss -- and she's forgiven Every. Single. One.

I miss the days of pretty men (Ronn, Winsor, Jack) and bad ass Motorcycle Massimo. Joseph M was always fun and interesting on DOOL and B&B -- and he could act.
