As it is, CNN released a poll yesterday that said 54% of those polled say trump will get reelected. But maybe that's just an off hand answer. Again it's interesting to hear from voters that voted for Obama twice to be so turned off by trump today. The general feeling that they'd been had is a constant theme.

I'm your age Teddysmom. My dad was a WWII vet that enlisted in the army at age 18 and was shipped off to the beaches of Normandy. Only by the grace of God the ship arrived on D Day +7. His troop was under General Patton's command and went on to fight in The Battle of the Bulge and liberating Dachau. I knew adults with tattoos on their wrists that had survived the concentration camps. My dad loved talking about his WWII experiences. Today how do kids learn about WWII? When my daughter turned 14 we took her to Anne Frank's house, the beaches of Normandy and the American Cemetery. We took her to WWII sites all over Europe till she graduated college. She was old enough to get it and hopefully never forget.

I believe Maggie Habermann is exclusively on CNN. I don't think I've ever seen her on MSNBC. This may be true of other reporters too, i.e., Michael Schmidt, Nick Confessore and Jonathan Lemire, to name a few that I've never seen on CNN.

I was a bit surprised that Rachel's show didn't start out with the sad shooting in VA as all other shows had that on pretty much non-stop since 4 pm ET Although I was grateful because I would have turned the channel. If anyone can beat this telephone conversation story to death, it's Rachel. The better part of the show covered it. And I can't wait to see what happens. I'm rooting for fireworks. Rachel asked a lot of good questions because for the average person how can a federal judge be told NO?

Why aren't we talking about Joe? To me, he's more offensive than Mika on any given day. But this is not a news show for me merely entertainment. These two can bring out the worst in nearly anyone that comes on the show. That's panelists and guests alike.

We're M &J on The View recently? I thought there was something on the MJ board? Anyway, if they're brave enough to invite Meagan McCain on MJ, I would love it. Especially when the panel had to discuss yet another attack on John McCain today. She's not well liked on The View board but I like her. She was on Van Jones' show on CNN a while back and I like her honestly, spunk and no one else in the McCain family is as vocal and has a platform as her.

Yeah, I remember the "old' Mika. The fact that she wrote the article defending all the work she had to have to make herself presentable is either total insecurity or maybe in that business women feel pressure that men don't.
