  1. While I would love it if Tracy got the house, it really makes no sense. It wasn’t Edward and Lila’s house—Alan was the first Quartermaine to come to Port Charles and bought the house as a wedding present for Monica in 1977. Lila and Edward joined the show in 1978 and moved in! They’ve all been moochers this entire time! 😂
  2. Yes this makes sense. They probably have a burner phone for Dudenoff and each man gets a day or so when they have to carry that phone in order to keep the scam going ....... It makes more sense for Vince to keep it, he is an ACTOR. 😂 Kinda.

    S05.E08: Blanket

I thought Linda and Dot referred to him as Peter in the previous episode.
  4. I love me some David Vickers and squeed at the name drop, but there’s no way in HELL Blair would have slept with him, unless it was part of some plot with Dorian (Blair’s aunt and David’s wife). Perhaps “Joe” came back for Dorian?!?
  5. Yeah, that’s how I feel. Joy really drove that relationship, I feel like he was just going along with what he was “supposed” to want so he wouldn’t be alone.
  6. Charles must be referring to Mabel, she’s the only “she” he feels strongly enough about to punch someone else. This is also why he kept it a secret from the gang—he knows Mabel idolized Ben, and whatever Charles knows would devastate her.
  7. Steve Burton made a whole career out of it! 😂
  8. Was that a OLTL in joke? Christina Comes Home for Christmas was an in-universe Christmas movie in Llanview. https://www.soapsindepth.com/posts/general-hospital/christina-comes-home-for-christmas-on-gh-everything-you-need-to-know/amp
  9. The hot butt. /TWOP 😂
  10. I believe you mean, Nora Hanen Gannon Buchanan Colson Buchanan Buchanan? 😂
  11. Wait—sorry if I missed something, but is Harmony supposed to be Lorraine Miller, Carly’s sidekick from the ‘90s? It’d be interesting if Willow were her bio daughter, and her father were Tony! Carly and Tony’s children getting together, with Willow’s half-brother Lucas mistakenly raising her (thought to be) son for awhile would have been freakin’ amazing in better hands!
  12. I loved the latest Aurora Teagarden! With so many movies (and hopefully more to come), I’m glad they’re exploring different tropes like the supernatural. I was distracted by Nick’s beard, but Candace explained on Instagram that Niall Matter had an accident and ended up with more than two dozen stitches in his face! He grew the beard to cover and they must have darkened/added to it as camouflage. Hope he heals well!
  13. Yes, the new mystery is tied to Aurora’s “origin story” as a murder enthusiast. There’s a young Arthur, too!
  14. I liked Cut, Color, Murder too! It doesn’t have a standout supporting cast right off the bat for me, unlike Aurora Teagarden (love me some Sally, Aida, and Arthur), although the youngish detective was quite handsome and the chemistry between Ali’s family/employees/the older police captain felt easy and lived in.
  15. I mean, I’m glad they exposed Dexter as a selfish, gaslighting psycho right up until his very last breath, but eff him for goading his own son into killing him! And if Angela was going to take the rap, why would she tell Harrison to run? I mean, on the one hand, she’s saving him from media notoriety, but on the other … he’s a troubled teenager with no one and little money now!
  16. Dexter broke his neck.
  17. Ditto, ha! As soon as she gave a little too much detail about a minor matter, I figured she was the killer.
  18. Unintentional Comedy Gold. :) Whoops, tvgoddess beat me to it!
  19. If only Gladys turned out to be Faith!!! A girl can dream …
  20. Don’t be silly, it will be all JasonJasonJason. :) They’d better have some early Monica stuff and Tammy, too!
  21. Yeah, the books are much, much darker. All the Little Liars in particular! I appreciate them both, but I do love that I can watch the movies with my six-year-old. :)
  22. In the books, Aurora dated Robin, then married Martin (who was a much older man in the books). Martin died of a heart attack, and Aurora later married Robin and they had a baby. In the books, Aurora’s dad left Aida and married a younger woman and had a son, Phillip (who is her cousin in the movies)! Phillip was kidnapped as a boy in part because Aurora was embroiled in a mystery, so they blamed her and moved across the country and refused to let her interact with him. Later, as a teenager, Phillip caught his dad cheating on his mom with a teenager (a friend of his) and ran away from home to live with Aurora. His mom moved away to a commune and abandoned him and his dad was in trouble with some bad people for embezzling or somesuch. Aurora’s dad is an ASS in the books, she basically throws him out of her life. Aida married John in the books and was very happy.
  23. LuvMyShows, Aurora, Sally, Aida and Nick were in the church talking about flowers (Aida and Sally were feuding a bit) while in the warehouse, a worker was using a jackhammer and found a human skull. Aida is called to the property because she had convinced the owner of the warehouse (a friend of Aurora’s father) to sell, and the police needed to get in touch with him. Aida brought Aurora, so they could talk more about the wedding plans in the car (they had no idea about the body). Hope that’s helpful!
  24. I've got it! The contractor and the son-in-law were having a secret affair, ha ha. 🙂 The consulting business was a ruse.
  25. I enjoyed the latest Aurora Teagarden movie tonight, although there were so many characters to keep track of, I kept forgetting some until they popped up again after being offscreen for 30+ minutes. I was surprised Lynn would make the mistake of talking loudly about a case in front of potential suspects, but she still has the best hair on the show. Aurora’s wig was much better than usual—I think that was CCB’s real hair in the front—and of course, the chemistry between all the regulars has only grown from movie to movie. It really looks like they’re going to get married, huh? I wonder if we’ll actually get to (gasp) see them having conversations in bed, like Hart to Hart. I also wonder if Aurora will have a baby like in the books. Frankly, I hope not!
