I've lost 26 lbs in 10 weeks and I have my cheat day once a week. I just know from experience, that I have to be able to make room in my diet for certain foods. I don't want a healthy version of pizza. I want NY thin crust tons of cheese (though I will take a napkin to the pepperoni) and I want ribs and sometimes I even want a burger. But It's gotta be a good burger. Because, yeah, most of my weight issue is because I like tasty food.
