Even if they never go in a romantic direction with them again I'm opposed to the shaking. It seems excessive and almost abusive on Oliver's part. But it's probably not as bad as how Stephen made it sound I guess.

I'm against Oliver physically shaking Laurel because he disagrees with what she is doing. Hope that isn't in the final cut.

I don't think he's ever said that. The only time I remember him saying something like that was at comic-con which he retracted later and said "for this season" TBH I can't really imagine them going into the Laurel/Oliver relationship again and I don't see how they would write that. I'm just saying it's not impossible.

Well Stephen has never said that he and Laurel will never get back together. He's said right now he's all about Felicity. Even if they do, I doubt it will be permanent. Olicity is probably the endgame. The love triangle statement was funny though because there doesn't really seem to be a love triangle between these characters at all, at the moment at least.

Mmm I would probably say that the EP's/writers have said that her and Oliver aren't over for her to make a statement like that. I mean as much we don't want to admit, she has insight that we as viewers don't to the show.

What was Ben and Leslie relationship like. Don't watch Park and Rec. As person who doesn't really ship that much Olicity I agree I don't like all this obstacles and angst and stuff lol. I would like it better if ther relationship was more light hearted since the show is pretty dark already. But I guess that could get boring lol.

Anyone else think that Roy as the Arrow getting arrested is staged? Quentin and the Arrow are allies. I don't see why he would arrest him and I don't think Roy would get arrested so easily? (He hasn't got arrested as Arsenal...although Lance does know who he is lol)

I personally disagree foreverevolving. Although I can understand the desire to have a father figure, Thea didn't know Merlyn was her father until May of last year. She knew all the horrible things he did already at the point, so there was already a sense of detachment. Walter is more of a father figure in that sense. I really don't get her intense attachment to him, especially if she knows he brainwashed her to kill someone she was friends with.

yeah in the first scene with Laurel and Roy I was really confused on how Laurel got so good and how Roy randomly said "Ted Grant must be a good teacher" as a half assed explanation, Like she wasn't amazing but the skill increase came out of nowhere and put me off the episode. I hated almost everything about episode 12 though except for the Oliver scenes with Tatsu and Sin's reappearance. Oh and Felicity at the end.

I agree. It doesn't seem like they put much thought in it. Or maybe what they originally planned did pan out or something. I actually liked episode 11 but I Laurel obviously needs more training. And I don't think they've fully justified why she would continue being BC now that Oliver is back.
