You know, I love Stiles and Derek and all, but Danny might actually be my favourite character? He's exactly the right level of hilarious in every scene he's in.

For some reason I'm not a huge fan of Danny, and I should be. I'm even on KK's Twitter feed, but Danny? Not so much.

I think Stiles and Danny have the funniest chemistry on TW. Danny's deadpan, dry delivery works well with Stiles' hyper sarcasm. I hope Danny is officially a member the pack this season.

I just want to see reaction shots of Danny as the others go off on their crazy supernatural adventures, thinking that they're keeping it a secret.

Holland Roden has confirmed that Danny is off the show.  I expected this considering he was glaringly absent from last week's lacrosse episode.

Aw dangit. I wanted to see Danny involved in the werewolf shenanigans.But yeah, his boyfriend's gone, his best friend's gone, the others don't let him in on anything, and even though everybody likes Danny, none of the main characters are that close to him, so his role would have been small or kind of forced if he'd continued. Although for parting words, he did pretty well.

That sucks, he was a good background recurring character. I wonder why they never mentioned this in the show?

I really want that not to be true. We just found out Danny knows about the werewolves, and Danny's got decent connections and history with several of the characters.  It'd be a shame for JD to just decide he's got nothing else to write for Danny.

Could be the actor became unavailable. IIRC, minor reoccuring roles usually aren't on contract and Danny's actor may have a new job or something.
