Case 1-Another homeowner who thinks they own the street in front of their house.   Plot twist, people are actually parking on the lawn, and breaking the sprinklers.   Also, note the plaintiffs pushing the world's biggest baby stroller for your bucket list. Defendant actually was arrested for smashing the flower pots on plaintiff's property, which were on the lawn on plaintiff's property. (This sounds like the Judge Judy case where the person put rebar on his property edge to prevent bulkhead/seawall parkers from parking on his lawn. )  Defendant is also accused of shaking and toppling a railing on plaintiff's property.  Defendant denies he was on plaintiff's property, but a photo shows defendant grabbing the railing, and is clearly far onto plaintiff's property.  Defendant's daughter is also accused of mooning the plaintiffs, and starts laughing at plaintiff wife claiming defendant told her to stop dressing so skimpy on her own porch.   Plaintiff wife claims defendant threatened to burn their house down.  

Case 2-Random hookup results in baby, plot twist is baby daddy has a long felonious history of assaulting women, and he ran for mayor, and actually had a few votes for him.

19 September--"Causing a family feud."  5/25/2018,  Season 21 / Episode 135, Cases-Causing A Family Feud - Having No Clarity - Being Saucy

First case entitled snowflake gets booted from granny's house, and wants granny to pay her hotel bills. Plaintiff/granddaughter blames grandmother and grandfather for everything.  Including plaintiff blaming defendant for plaintiff's father being murdered.   Plaintiff also claims she couldn't go to San Francisco State because of grandparents, but claims she goes to USC now.   Second case, argument over a custom jewelry order for stones, Third case pizzeria car valet case, another ate the steak case so defendant has to pay up.

I was thinking the same thing. This plaintiff may take a TPC award for being one of the worst, nastiest, block-headed, all-mouth/no brains curmudgeons ever, and we've seen some doozies.

 He refused to answer a simple question: "Why would you pay to rent a Honda Accord for 30K instead of buying a car?" Old Fart says, "Why not?" and goes off on a tangent about the 50,000 lb truck. We never got an answer to that question, did we? Old fart can't even drive without racking up tolls and tickets. There was a reason he couldn't buy a car, wealthy as his dad was. No dealer would sell a car to someone so incapacitated, what with being wrecked by that 50,000 lb truck and all.

But what pissed me off the most was JM snapping at the Def to stop smirking (or as P called it, "schmirking") and "Respect your elders!" As much as I adore JM she was 200% dead wrong on that. Def had every reason to snicker at the insane BS and abuse P was spouting.

23 September--"Exes battle over furniture."  6/05/2018,  Season 21 / Episode 137 Cases- Vexing An Ex - Almost Causing A Catastrophe - Having No Remorse (First case boring, second case-bizarre case of a water heater installation plaintiff claims was bad, but it was fine for over two years.  Third-man falls asleep at wheel and smashed plaintiff's car and yard.  He was probably drunk or stoned, but local friends of family cops ignored that.

I didn't recognize this but fondly reminisced about all the tales of young love on court shows, which so often end in poe-leece being summoned, restraining orders, "physical altercations" and in this case, a chest-stabbing, all of which are related in fractured English and normally played out in front of young children carelessly bred and shat out by cretins.

Because of the weather issue coming to the Panhandle, I'm posting Tuesday through Friday.    I think I'll just get a little rain, tue last tropical storm we had some poweroutages, during a crisis like Thursdays Hurricane Helene, now projected to be a Cat. 3 hitting east of Tallahassee, the area utilities send linemen and equipment to neighboring states and counties.   I don't expect any real impact, but I'm not taking chances of having no access if the local internet power goes down for a while.   Part of my street was built 15 years ago, and after Hurricane Michael came through in 2018, the older part of the street had no power for two days, that didn't affect me, but that part of the street had the original internet/cable line power.   So, a couple of days without internet.  I'm really glad my utilities are underground, but that doesn't mean the big transmission lines can't go down.   It's looks better for my area, and all we'll get is rain, but the Tampa area's probably getting storm surge this time.

I’m re-reading these after my mother’s (“heroin chic inspo”) case, and my god is it ugly how people are judging her after being permanently disabled from the car accident with her and my father in it. My mom has never done drugs, nor alcohol, the reason she is skinny is due to the fact her stomach had issues from stress for 6+ years where she couldn’t hold down food. My mom can eat like an obese person, I have witnessed it.. it’s just disgusting how you guys immediately are judging her for her looks and people fuel her insecurities everyday. Do better. I’m sixteen and feel more mature than you. I feel sick reading this.

If that's the one I saw today I missed it the first time. The slimy, grimy-looking Def's entourage of his family was frightening-looking, probably with a collective BMI of 180. Poor kid. The Def's lies about how the accident happened were laughable. P is lucky the Def was such a sleazy hustler since P had little evidence and pissed off JM by showing her his cracked bumper on his cracked screen, prompting her to yell, "How am I supposed to know which cracks are on the car and which on the screen?",  never thinking to print out the pic. Luckily for him, he didn't need too much to win his case though, and got his $1200 repair paid. I guess Def's plan to show off to his family how to brilliantly win a case didn't work out so well.

I like watching repeats, but I couldn't take a second viewing of any of these. Those two inarticulate mental defectives who admit to sucking up 3K in weed (I hope this binge didn't interfere with their jobs or child support payments 🙄) were the worst, but the other cases were nearly as dumb/stupid/boring.  In the Cadillac hoopty case: Yeah, I want someone to pay me $500 every time I get aggravated or frustrated. I'd be rich!

I would love to see some older cases.

6 November--“Vegas Winning War!” 9/27/2018, Season 22 / Episode 19. Cases-Stiffing A Co-Worker - Pretending To Own A House - Over Charging (not much discussion on the cases) Case 2 is bizarre.   Judge M tells the plaintiff to calm down, that never works.  Plaintiff wants security, rent, and money he fronted to defendant for appliances in a house she claimed to own.   Defendant didn't own the house.  Plaintiff claims the defendant kicked his door in twice. Defendant claims he never paid rent and security deposit, and changed the locks so she couldn't get in the room. Apparently defendant's uncle owns the house, and she wants the house.  Uncle is not in court, because 'he's taking care of business" and unreachable.  There's a huge lien by the tax authority, $23,000.

Cases-A Big Drop - Is There Something Wrong With You? - A-Low-Blow-Tow (The table case is a classic for TPC, ugly table that I would hurt anyone for trying to put into my house, but mover is a jerk too.   If you're willing to give up the table to defendant for replacement costs then it's not a sentimental heirloom.   Tow case is silly. )
