Um, isn't CTE diagnosed after the person is deceased? Of course Kroy may have it, but it strikes me that she is accusing him of something that cannot be proven or disproven.

Usually, it is performed post-mortem, but if you're acting like Joe Biden, it's pretty obvious. I suspect Kim's doing this as a means of declaring him incompetent before the divorce proceedings begin.
