Crackers Don't Matter. I seem to remember this being funnier on previous watches. This time it's more disturbing than anything else. Did I ever find find mental illness or rape threats funny in the slightest amount? I like to hope not, but I'm not sure. In addition, watching food being wasted makes me cringe these days.

Was that two Kubrick references in one scene? Here's Johnny and I'm sorry I can't do that.

But this was the episode that made me marvel at Pilot. It's not just broad expressions, but little ones like slight annoyance or amusement. It's amazing work. And the white glow on Moya was very good too.

I had no memory of The Way We Weren't until I started watching it. Oh no, this one. So I stopped watching it. One of the more serious and less crazy episodes, I didn't like it the first time around either. Anyone want to encourage me to push through?

It's a huge turning point for the show and shows what the universe is really like. You get bad ass Crais, the fact that he is Tayln's daddy.

It's a showcase for Aeryn and basically tells us her and John are endgame.

Come on.

I'll have another stab at it tonight.

I get it, I still don't like it. Not my idea of fun. Still, some interesting details on leviathan biology. And uniform update! Velorek is a lieutenant in the technical division, he wears the uniform with the solid red section. Okay, it was probably left over from season one. But I'm still devoted to figuring out the PK uniform situation in universe!

Back when the shows first aired, I would read the Syfy site to see reactions.  I learned that I didn't usually follow the norm, other than the general love of Farscape.  I was surprised when Taking the Stone was panned, even by the Chiana crowd.  I liked that ep. (Maybe because Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome was my fave of that series).  Then after The Way We Weren't, I was ready to read all the negative reviews because I didn't care for it.  Surprise.  Everyone else loved it.  Hailed it as the best ep of the series - then and later.  Eh.  I still don't care for it.

I find I also have different views on this site, too.  Doesn't bother me.  People are different.

Picture If You Will. When I saw the name, I remembered absolutely nothing about it. The moment I started, I knew Maldis was back. This ep reminded me of Through the Looking Glass. Not the strongest plot, but some fun dialogue. Also, as terrible as Kyvan's 'Irish' accent is, her ship has a nifty design.

Looking forward to Home on the Remains. Astrobiology, while currently hypothetical, is one of my pet interests. Until we find... anything, fiction will have to do.
