This is even harder than expected!!! Even my least favorite episodes from this era of the show---and there are many!---tend to have at least a couple of scenes that I enjoy. I'll go with the ones that I just kind of instinctively feel I'm least likely to ever rewatch:

I love S4 less than many here, but I couldn't vote against Bikinis yet----purely because of the beginning scene with Paris and Rory getting caught in the rain ("No, it's National Baptism Day") and the two of them enjoying pizza and Bill Moyers before succumbing to a more cliched spring break :)

Partings - never have I wanted to punch Lorelai's teeth into the back of her head more.

 

AVV - Rory and Logan are cute.  The rest is crap.

 

Bulldogs - don't even remember much about it, other than I didn't like it.

Voters have voices their displeasure with Bread, Bikinis, Bulldogs and Knit People Knit, which I now wish began with a B as well because I'm a big alliteration fan :) It's funny, because while I definitely don't like Bikinis for a variety of reason, I think I dislike it less than many others that remain.

I've been feeling torn on Partings.  In my head I was thinking, yeah, I hate the developments, but it's all so well done and acted.... but then it turns out, it's only really the final few scenes I find well done. The rest of it? I find all the singers annoying, Emily trying to set up Chris and the psychiatrist beyond contrived, the unethical, malpractice level behavior of the psychiatrist infuriating, the stupid British party is..stupid. So, yeah, except for the Rory and Logan actual goodbye, which is really well done, and the incredible acting of the ultimatum scene, I pretty much hate this one.

Blame Booze and Meville, 'S Wonderful and Great Stink are history, but we have a tie between AVV and Driving Miss Gilmore for that last spot. Just vote for the one of those two you most want eliminated, and I'll end this after three votes :)
