Cranberry October 11, 2016 Share October 11, 2016 8 months after Kieran’s arrest, Emma is struggling to focus on her future. Noah and Stavo have combined forces to create a best-selling graphic novel based on the Kieran Wilcox murders and Audrey is in a new relationship. Link to comment
Cranberry October 11, 2016 Author Share October 11, 2016 ...is this special going even more Harper's Island? I'm down. 2 Link to comment
Chaos Theory October 19, 2016 Share October 19, 2016 (edited) At this point Emma should probably just stop dating altogether or at least stop answering her phone or any phone for that matter because the girl is a serial killer magnet. Don't trust Audrey's new girlfriend. She disappeared way too often for my liking. Thought the killer was her more then once. Murderville to Murder Island. maybe the gang should go somewhere not famous for their murders. Just a thought. It is kinda sad the the groups low standard for housing is that the house isn't a murder house. Edited October 19, 2016 by Chaos Theory 4 Link to comment
Last Time Lord October 19, 2016 Share October 19, 2016 Biggest disappointment? They went to Shallow Grove Island, and at no point did a single character call it Shallow Grave Island. I really liked this. It was an effective movie like event. With a few tweaks, it probably could have made a decent actual movie. I loved Noah's Survivor's Guilt character arc, because it's such a realistic thing that isn't explored as much in movies as it probably should be. It especially made sense for him because Zoe was drown by Kieren, and then he made money off of that with the Graphic Novel he made with Stavo. I want a True Crime Story writer Noah spin-off, now. I am, however, wondering if ending with Kieren's death wouldn't have been a better lead in to the next, and most likely final season, rather than opening with it, and then going back to it at the very end, after everything else that happened had nothing to do with it. Emma wanting to get away because of the hubbub over another Lakewood Halloween makes enough sense on it own without throwing Kieren's corpse on top of it. 1 Link to comment

Agreed, it would've been a better cliffhanger ending to lead into next season (possibly college?). 1 Link to comment
Steph619 October 19, 2016 Share October 19, 2016 I liked the Scream Halloween episode as well. Even though I thought it was pretty obvious that the Tom Martin guy was the killer on Murder Island from the beginning, I liked that he didn't end up being Kieran's killer. That was an interesting way to set up next season. There was a moment that I thought Audrey's girlfriend was a suspect too because she showed up out of nowhere on the island and acted really defensively when Audrey confronted her about it. 1 Link to comment
Chaos Theory October 19, 2016 Share October 19, 2016 I actually thought it was funny how Audry's girlfriend was the only one acting like a normal person would in the situation (all freaked out and scared out of her mind). While everyone else for the most part was like "another serial killer,. Is it Tuesday already?" Kieran's death was both a catalyst for Emma finding strength again and a cliffhanger. I don't think having the entire group go on vacation to Murder Island would have worked out as well if Emma wasn't conflicted about who she was and how she felt and kept expecting Kieran to pop through the door. We know it's not Kieran...... Link to comment
WhosThatGirl October 19, 2016 Share October 19, 2016 Bye Kieran! That poor character only had like 15 minutes allotted of where he was a fun character when he was on screen for a good chunk of time. It was okay, I guess? It wasn't bad but I guess much like the show itself, it was alright. Link to comment

MaggieG October 29, 2016 Share October 29, 2016 Random thoughts: I liked Emma's pineapple shirt. Agree that she really should stop dating. I laughed at Noah talking about "old and curmudgeonly" caretakers. Count me in as not trusting Audrey's girlfriend. Audrey also made me laugh when she was all "it's Jeremy!" and they find Jeremy's body. "Ok, it's not Jeremy." I think this was good and setup season 3 nicely, with Brandon James and Emma's dad 1 Link to comment
