They mentioned something about getting rid of the headgear during one of the fights where the boxer was robbed. I guess it was around the same time? That scoring system had taken a lot of the shenanigans out of Olympic boxing that appear to be back in force. If this is how it's going to be, throw the sport out. I don't care if it's an original Olympic sport. If it’s going to be this unfair yet again, consign it to the dustbin of history. It seems every time, there is a scandal and after every scandal there is talk of booting it if things don't change. Things don't change and we just go 'round and 'round.
