nicolin August 21, 2015 Share August 21, 2015 (edited) LOVED THIS! Terrence and Taraji *brought it*! They owned their performances 110% even with the bonus song where they sang together. I would love for that to be part of the show next season. To make time for it they could take out the segments showing the stars "getting ready" for the showstopper. Terrence definitely deserved the win. Awesome season finale. Good season overall. betsyboo August 23, 2015 Share August 23, 2015 (edited) Pretty much all season I have been rooting for whichever celeb made me laugh out loud. Brick House made me laugh until I choked. (which isn't to take away from Taraji's performance - which was better than 2/3 of the rest of the season's contender's) Again - I just love that all the celebs/performers seem like they are having such a good time letting loose. Looking forward to next season. sluggish neko August 23, 2015 Share August 23, 2015 I caught the second half of this episode and I have to say Terrence Howard deserved that win for his ridiculous outfit alone. And then he insisted on staying in character! Hah! Taraji's choice to do "Material Girl" was also fun and I loved her leopard print dress. Did anyone notice how at the end credits, Taraji ripped the Rick James wig off of Terrence? phane00 September 22, 2015 Share September 22, 2015 This was a great battle, with two very worthy opponents. Terrence truly deserved the win because though they both gave great performances, he went the extra mile with his final song. The fainting killed. Also, Taraji had a bad second song. It would have worked better with using MJB in the second song, and doing Material Girl without the extras. This was a great first season for this show, and I hope we get some returning performers as well as some new ones.
