scrambled eggs February 7, 2015 Share February 7, 2015 I enjoyed seeing Corin Tucker and Lance Bangs' kids. The scene toward the end with Fred rescuing Carrie and talking about not wanting to say goodbye was quite sweet. And Sam speaks! Link to comment

And I'm so the Carrie re: how to leave an event early, I totally understood her reasoning vs Fred's wanting to say goodbye to everyone. For me the Mayor elevates any episode he's in and this was no exception. I was actually startled a bit when Sam spoke. I heart those two together. :-) Link to comment
scowl February 9, 2015 Share February 9, 2015 Folks here in Portland don't need to hire planners to come up with creatively terrible ideas -- they can come up with that on their own! Also there would have been people saying what an "epic" barbeque idea it was just before they politely skipped out early. A contest? No way! We don't believe in anything that creates winners and losers. It's hurtful. My favorite line: "By being polite to them you're being rude to me!"
