By out "Bosching", Bosch with an illegal search is Jimmy setting up Bosch's defense of fruit from the poisonous tree? At the cabin it caught me for a moment when Sioban called the deputy "Sheriff". As if Bosch knows everybody, but he wasn't wearing 4 stars so yeah he might know regular cops. My eyes couldn't make out the patch and I didn't remember what county they were supposed to be in. So next door to Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley to the northwest.
