Wow, this season is so exciting that nobody has posted about it.  I did watch it later.  I still don't care for Adam.

I liked the opening number by the judges. I'm a sucker though for Tiny Dancer.

If they were bringing Adam back I would have loved it if Blake would have joined him. Would have been fun for one season anyway.

I haven't missed either of them. 

Everything about Kelsea seems fake.

Week 2: Thoughts on some of the contestants: 

Bryson Battle: Sounded really good. I’m glad all 4 judges turned for him

Hayden Grove: He sounded really good and both throwback and modern. I’m not sure why Michael was going on so much about his vibrato yet wouldn’t turn for him. Maybe he felt he couldn’t because of the prior interaction online. I’m glad Adam took him

Susan Hickman: Terrible. It sounded so snoozy and shaky. It sounded like two singers at times. Maybe a backing track was used? Not surprised no chair turned

Ari Camille - Really liked her sound. I’m glad she got a coach

I agreed with the judges on the two that didn't get a chair turn.  Don't really care for Kelsey.

Some really good voices, I'm looking forward to the season.

Glad Michael used his second chance button.  Was surprised Ricardo (?) didn't get a chair turn as I liked his voice.

Blind Auditions Part 3

Favorite performances:

Tinika Wyatt - Fantastic. And no one turned for her!? That just made no sense to me. Their excuses for not turning just sounded lame. Adam did a coach replay and chose her after she sang a little bit of a silly song about Blake or him choosing her she put on YouTube after being asked to do a tryout 10 years ago. Adam’s move just felt planned

Conor James - Especially beautiful start but very good overall

Jessica Manola - It started out low key but built really strongly

BD (Brian Darden) - Terrific performance. A pretty deep speaking voice compared to his singing voice.

I always watch this show for the music and skip the other stuff except for the coach's feedback. That being said, I feel like Adam has been given very strict guidelines about how he is supposed to act this season. He is not being as much of a jerk as he usually does. At least to my eyes. 

I always like John Legend's comments... I find it interesting to hear what he notices, etc..   Michael.... he is an odd duck. Nothing wrong with that, but I find his comments strange at times.  The new girl... eh... not that impressed.

But I actually liked when Christina Aguilera was a judge, so there's that.
