Rodney Friday at 11:34 AM Share Friday at 11:34 AM How was Bella's/Lacey's family not even noticing all the hints that Sir was in their house?! So Gabi got into Tulane? My college played against theirs a number of times. So it seems like seeing Sir in person and just feeling the evil coming off him was enough for Trent to finally regret wanting Gabi arrested. It seemed like, in that moment, he finally understood why she did what she did to him. And now she might go to prison before he's handled. Gina giving the rest of M&A the kick in the ass that they needed was funny. Though it is interesting that she wanted Gabi protected from going to prison, as well. So Jarad was missing from being in an accident, not actually kidnapped? Nice twist. So Christian is one of Sir's accomplices. But it sounds like Sir threatened him into it. Why was Sir at M&A at the end? I figured that he would be going to Gabi's house to get ger. 4 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151557-s02e10-missing-while-outed/#findComment-8562815
babyrambo Friday at 03:04 PM Share Friday at 03:04 PM I wanted more casual/physical intimacy between Dhan and Ethan through healthy communication, not this petty, jealous foolishness. At this point, I’m holding out hope for divorce because I cannot stand Ethan. Dude is extremely irritating. He lost me last season after the therapist reveal, because that’s such a violation of ethics and boundaries, but all his pettiness this season has been unbearable. It’s one thing to ask Dhan to take a step back from being Gabi’s attack dog and care for himself, but even that rings hollow since he and Dhan are weirdly codependent themselves. Last season Ethan left for a week and Dhan came apart. And what they’ve shown of his ‘care’ comes off as possessive and condescending and I’m not entirely sure the writers realize that. He also isn’t a good psychiatrist if he can’t grasp the obvious issues in his own relationship. Plus that all the advice he’s given Margaret has been platitudes and deep breathing 101. Shit anyone can get off a quick Google search. But that’s also just the show. More and more, it feels like the moments of clear eyed, direction & compassion are a fluke. I’m glad there’s been some movement on the arrest front though. I still don’t think Gabi is actually going to spend a a second in jail, or even get arrested, but Trent’s surprise at Mallory actually wanting to go after Gabby was so silly. What did he think was going to happen? At least he admitted that his motivation was hurt feelings and not professionalism. Because it was obvious. He’s been flip flopping since S1 and Gabi’s even called him on it. Their above the law entitlement is a bit much, but I don’t fault the team for not knowing where Trent stands from one day to another , when he doesn’t even seem to know. Another bit of bad writing. I also didn’t care for the M&A’s continued pouting. Obviously what Gabi was extreme & illegal (not that the law is entirely neutral itself) but other than Dhan, none of them ever really tried to understand how she got there. Rather than see that this was a sad form of self harm and desperation, they acted like she did something to them, on purpose. Lacey I get, the rest? They’re grown and have issues themselves yet there’s not a lick of compassion. I liked Gina speaking up for Gabi but I wonder if any of them would’ve fully come around had she not. 3 hours ago, Rodney said: How was Bella's/Lacey's family not even noticing all the hints that Sir was in their house?! Right? I’d say it’s getting silly but it’s been silly from day one. They act like he’s the boogeyman and it’s ridiculous. I’m also over the flashbacks. The first few fleshed out the story. They’re redundant and excessive now. 6 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151557-s02e10-missing-while-outed/#findComment-8562924

And... excuse me for remembering scared kids, but isn't checking under the bed and in the closets to show them they're safe one of the standard moves? 5 hours ago, Rodney said: Why was Sir at M&A at the end? The show won't let that happen, but it seems like the kind of thinking he has is that he tried to heal them to free her, and now he wants to kill them to free her. He's insane. But it annoys me that he knows the security code. He's too good at breaking and entering and they never show us how, it's just handwaved and apparently magic. 5 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151557-s02e10-missing-while-outed/#findComment-8563065
Trini Friday at 10:18 PM Share Friday at 10:18 PM They're probably being obtuse on purpose, but I'm still confused about Christian. Even though it seems like he has known where Sir was (this whole time?), it also seems like he not the accomplice since he's not on board with Sir's plans ?? 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151557-s02e10-missing-while-outed/#findComment-8563269

I know it was supposed to be frightening, but my first thought was the 'monster' that was always hiding under Calvin and Hobbes' bed and talking to him. I marvel at the power that M+A seems to hold over everyone. "I'll have this house condemned", says Gabi. "Go ahead and try", says a resident in real life. "Alright, everyone inside", says Maggie. "Says who? You're not in charge of nothing around here", says a frat brat in real life. "I'm going to tear your college down unless you give us the security tapes", says Gabi." "You are trespassing. If you don't leave immediately, you will be arrested", says an actual college President in real life. What kind of arrest warrant/search warrant specifies a 24hr. grace period? And Trent is standing right there by Gabi but doesn't do anything at all. Very curious police department. If I were Special Agent Will Trent, I would vociferously object to this character sullying my name.😏 4 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151557-s02e10-missing-while-outed/#findComment-8563319

I will say that it was slightly refreshing to see Trent cooperating fully and completely with M&A in this episode, and them, in turn, doing the same with him. No fights, no big arguments, or anything. I guess that Trent felt that guilty for getting things rolling with Gabi's arrest that he felt like it was best not to argue with them this time. 4 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151557-s02e10-missing-while-outed/#findComment-8563337
andromeda331 Yest. at 01:24 AM Share Yest. at 01:24 AM I'm glad M&A team finally got the kick in the pants but I really hate that it only happened because Gina said something. If she hadn't, they'd still be whining and moping around. Ethan can get lost for all I care. Christian has been helping Sir the whole time. Not cool Christian. Why? He seemed surprised he's still going after Gabi. Ah, yeah. What made you think he wasn't? Sir could easily help his brother but nah he can't do that. I'm glad the college kid was missing because of an accident and not homophobia or anything. I was worried when he told his parents' given the lost of their other son and how happy they were that he was following in his brother's footsteps. I'm glad they weren't just okay. They knew he was gay. And took him not becoming an architect well. His boyfriend bunching the frat president was great. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151557-s02e10-missing-while-outed/#findComment-8564153
