I can see what the show is going for but I'm not sure how interested I am in it. Harmon is kind of a bland lead. And frankly, gang violence in the LA area isn't really my cup of tea. I'm two episodes in, not sure I'll finish the season.

We’re three episodes in and really enjoying it, so far.

I'm going forward to the next. A large "suburban" department, being just across the border from LA and Officer Diaz's hometown of San Pedro. It was your normal new trainee show but they did it well.

With the snitch talk I was expecting the explanation that the camera footage might  be reviewed, especially for a first time used by a probationary officer. The only thing off was the Lieutenant thinking the murder suspects might be sneaking out of the city. With 88 cities in LA County alone  and bordering Orange County they could literally cross a street and unknowingly  be in another city in the large  Southland urban sprawl.

Yeah, during that part I was like…um, yeah, I get people are looking for them. But sneaking out of Long Beach isn’t exactly escaping from Alcatraz.
