Upon arrival, Sergeant Conway provides The Colonel and Major Shah with a tour of the things Stroopsdorf is known for: cheese, laundry and bowling. The Colonel demands to know who is in charge and is introduced to Captain Quinn, his estranged daughter. Captain Quinn briefs The Colonel and Major Shah on her upcoming and crucial operation of the soldiers marching in the town’s Tulip Festival. Harvey January 3 Share January 3 For a Pilot it was good enough, and I was so delighted to see Harper from iCarly as one of the cast. She lights up the screen. I am not happy Danny Pudi is so heavily featured, he is so annoying and unpleasant to look at for me. If anything stops me from continuing to watch it will be him.
