Kind of surprised by Goodwin's decision. Lennox is a good antagonist, and the guy doctor has a bad attitude as well, but I think she is a part of the problem. 

The Chicago's and Law & orders have been really good at putting out consistent episodes with no break this season. I knew it was too good to be true when I saw the fall finale is next week!

I think the show has improved too.  i’ve missed some portions though and look forward to rewatching this season in its entirety.  

 

What was Archer thinking as he stood in the bar?  It looked ominous.  
 

Looks like a big reveal next week.  I have no idea who the Goodwin threat is.

I too was surprised by Goodwin’s decision. I think Lennox would be better as an attending as she seems to be a good teacher for the residents. I guess we’ll see if she’s a good boss solo

I think Doctor Goodwin’s threat is her boyfriend. 
This show is so much more enjoyable without Natalie and Dr. Halstead! Their storylines were played out and they never seemed to grow as people. I do miss Dr. Crockett.

I think Lennox may get over her head ( was she a chief in her previous position? ) and then Archer gets pulled back in as chief?   Or Archer will come to head even more with her as an attending?
 

Dr. ‘ Hollywood ‘ is growing on  me. 
 

Are they pushing a romance with dr. Charles and the nurse? 
 

Dr Goodwin’s nemesis- crazy brother of dr. Charles ex g/f, the intern that got fired for walking out on  a patient earlier in the season, Dr. Marcel beacuse the viewers never got a proper goodbye.  Please don’t let it be nice, boyfriend doctor.

They both have bad attitudes and seem like terrible coworkers / managers but, in the past, didn’t Goodwin have to remind Archer that he’s at a teaching hospital and that he has to teach?  It sounded like Lennox was actually teaching.

the comments made me realize Dr Marcel is gone. I watch this show on a delay--record it and gradually catch up so I'm behind. Was his absence explained and I just forgot? I generally enjoyed his character.

At the end of Season 9, after a traumatic case, he realized he hadn't fully recovered emotionally from the death of his daughter and decided to leave. It was mentioned that he left in, I believe, the premiere episode of this season
