Alec is bulletproof... Nepo Baby on the team guarantees unlimited budget for more ambitious experiments... Mommy & the Governor are likely BFF...

This episode was fine, I guess. Still not paying attention to whatever's going on with the research assistants.

All the additional steps the sorority sisters supposedly took to make the victims death look like a suicide was dumb. But it was great to see Meg de Lacy again!

These girls should have enrolled at How To Get Away With Murder University

The writing on this show is ridiculously weak.

How the AF did the girls get a corpse  out of the house and into the car and up the clock tower? Nobody noticed Kenzie was dead?

Then they somehow are strong enough to heave a dead body away from the tower? Wouldn't they just sort of drop her?

It strikes me as stupid that Dr Mercer is continually having students run these experiments. He's an expert in the field, wouldn't he already know the random things the assistants find?

Are there any lawyers or LEO on here? I'm wondering if Marisa could have claimed exigent circumstances and searched Kenzie's room, because obviously she knew the girls would go clean it up and destroy evidence?

Minor flub. Virginia doesn't have statewide ballot initiatives. The only statewide ballot questions are constitutional amendments and those are reported from the Legislature, they're not something for which you'd be able to collect signatures. (Super geeky knowledge. I used to work as a political organizer.)

Knew that the killer would be a woman.  But I didn't see it coming that it'd be the doctor, a past sorority sister, who'd done it.  I was expecting one of the current sisters to be the culprit.  I was just surprised that the doctor didn't say a word when she was arrested.

Was this the first time that Marisa found the key detail that cracked the case?  It's usually Alec who does.

So Myers figured out, obviously, that Phoebe turned her in.  And she apparently got her blacklisted from other departments as a final "fuck you."  What a horrible person.

But Phoebe's back with Alec, who's allowing three interns/assistants to work with him now.  If nothing else, I'm somewhat interested in seeing what dynamic she has with Simon.

Speaking of whom, I'm finding Simon more interesting than Phoebe or Rizwan combined since at least he comes with a backstory.  The story of his brother made me tear up a bit.

They need to play Kylie opposite Phoebe more often.  She really livens her up in their scenes together.

All of her scenes with Alec & Marisa are basically Little Sister advice or Tech exposition... Phoebe is the closest representation of a peer - peer relationship [since she burned all her hacker bridges]

Or just more Kylie in general. They need to have more of her and Alec as well.

I immediately expected the sorority sister who came up to Alec and Marisa with the petition. And then as the ep progressed, any of the sorority sisters seemed too obvious. So THEN I suspected the den mother (or whatever she's called). The doctor was a complete surprised.

I always enjoy the sister. I hope the show finds more and better ways to use her.
