paigow October 4 Author Share October 4 Only mercenaries working for Bote would be willing to go on a suicide / revenge mission against Pavlovich. Hopefully, Harold still has the phone number saved.... Link to comment
Affogato October 4 Share October 4 Wow. All the flavors of loneliness. I’m still not completely convinced Angela/Emily/Parwana would have picked that hill to die on. Metaphorically speaking. But ok, loneliness, maybe. 1 Link to comment
Affogato October 5 Share October 5 I was moved to tears by Chase and Harper this episode. I am still confused bywhy Zoe is all ride or die, or ever was. Just like why I am confused as to why E/A/P just moved into a society which should show more systemic sexism (even if not the Taliban) and somehow becomes a leader. Also mildly confused about Abby. Was it live or a desire to have he daughter grow up with more freedom? Or what? May e I need to rewatch before the end, to see what I missed. 2 Link to comment

paigow October 5 Author Share October 5 Young Hamzad was a more progressive / liberal leader... he treated his wife and sister as strategic equals, accepted the CIA as an ally, sent his nephew away for a modern education ... Hamzad was no civil rights crusader, but was pragmatic enough to know that Talibanesque thinking was obsolete 2 Link to comment
