S04•E09 — The Kill Floor

A glimpse of Tank! 💙

The recklessness of Wes pisses me off. Stop being so hotheaded and stop using Smitty as a middle person for every conflict. Respect the law enforcement of the country you’re in as it goes a long way.

I really miss Katrin Jaeger and Scott Forrester. They have the right demeanor in navigating red tape and impossible situations.

Awww, the way Smitty running to hug Andre after they found him. She hugged him twice! 💙

I loved seeing Andre in action, and glad he was able break free on his own making him look very capable. It looks like he gets the spotlight next week as well. Love the relationship between Smitty and Andre and how happy she was to see him. Obviously Vo was the only person on Andre's list and they will definitely be a thing in the future.

I'm alright with Wes as team leader but that new agent is not needed.

Decent episode, I liked the case fine though it was somewhat predictable, interesting to see Andre take the lead in the field.
But Tyler’s whining to Smitty really got on my nerves and I’m glad he’s gone, won’t miss him, he was just too much of a rogue type for my taste.
I liked the final scene between Wes and Smitty.
Wes’ love of golf is a funny running joke.
Nice to see Tank

S04•E10 — Keep Calm and Deliver the Biotoxin

Andre takes the lead and he does everything by the book. The bait and switch with the briefcase is quite clever.

Bye bye Tyler! You won’t be missed.

It’s a fitting end for Tyler. The Fly Team is just a stepping stone for his career advancement, not really a family. The way he’s pressuring Smitty to hide some truths shows that he is not ready to be in a position of power.

“You keep me in line.”

Here’s the thing Wes, Smitty isn’t responsible for your professional conduct. 🙄

Talking about family, Wes being extra attentive to Vo is sweet. It’s totally a fan service, whatevs.

I am most grateful that we get a dose of Tank! 💙

Great episode tonight, one of my favorites ever. Strong case, strong backstory for Smitty and great to see Jaeger back to assist!
Gripping case from the start and the ending was very satisfying to see the killer/rapist crying out for daddy like the spineless creep he was as he was arrested.
I’ve come to like Wes a lot as team leader and I thought his plan to get the plane into Germany was clever, it wasn’t by the book but it was 100% justified and it was nice to see the elitist dirtbags get things turned against them.
I liked the backstory on Smitty, also liked her scenes with Andre.
I’ve always liked Jaeger so it was great to see her pop in again.
A+ episode overall.

S04•E11 — Veritas Fidelis

A great Smitty-centric episode. It’s emotionally compelling. And Andre is there for her while she confronting her past.

A guest appearance by Christiane  Paul has made this episode even better. It’s sooooo good to see Katrin Jaeger again. 💙

Dear writers, please do not let Wes’ abrasiveness rubbing off on Smitty. She’s special as it is.

Great episode.  Stunning university — where was it filmed?  Did anyone see the movie “Sliding Doors”?  One of my favorites and I’ve seen it many times and recognized right away the voice of the “Oxford” police chief as the pal in the pub who laughed so distinctively at Gwyneth’s cheater boyfriend.  He had a great, small part in that movie.  Also, I had to laugh a little at the oh-so-secret-society that has its name on a somewhat large plaque on the front of their building.

Another stellar episode, this show has hit its stride this season IMO. I liked seeing the team track down the two truly evil perps and bring them to justice. I also liked the Turkish cop who helped them out. Good stuff for each agent.
Not sure what to make of the new agent who’s spying on Wes, I predict she’ll turn out to be upstanding and will side with Wes over the guy trying to take him down. The storyline of a rotten bureaucrat trying to take down an agent is cliched, and I’m not sure what this guy’s beef with Wes is. I’ve come to like Wes a lot. I wonder if the incident of him diverting the plane into Germany last week will be brought up again soon since the new agent wants dirt on him.
