It’s graduation day and Terrance surprises Mel with a gift she never expected.

I stopped liking Mel this episode. Her plan to declare her love at the wedding is not just stupid but it's also obnoxious. It's cruel to the bride, unfair to the groom, and betrays a kind of selfishness and delusion that is unrootable, in my opinion. I don't know which is worse: that she was planning to do this, that she didn't think of doing it sooner, or that she's still considering doing it at all at this point. It's not romantic. It's awful.

I think her co-worker has some legitimate gripes, but is also so obnoxious that it's hard to care about those, either.

Terrance is cool. His co-workers are awesome.

I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop on her credit card fraud.  And yes, disrupting a wedding like Mel was planning is delusional and is going to end badly, even if the groom was into it. 

I did like Mel's airport friends banding together to help her try to overcome her fear of flying.

I am Team Terrance. Mel better wake up and recognize what's standing in front of her face. The engaged guy who's still sniffing around her ain't it.

I thought Terrance was dating someone else so I think it's too soon for them to be setting up this couple.

I can't remember what episode this happened, but

 

they said he broke up with the woman he was dating. Whether it's too soon after a break up, I think is a worthwhile question, but at least he's not doing this behind his girlfriend's back. He realized he wasn't in love with her, and that he is in love with Our Hero, when he didn't want to share food with his girlfriend and he easily did so with Mel.

Oh, right. I forgot about her. Though from their interaction, I got the impression that Terrance isn't as serious about the other woman as she is about him. Not the best behavior on his part.

Melissa is a liar and a thief. Not sure how I'm supposed to be rooting for her.  I'm that one girl who hates her - Patty. She's my favorite.
