Crashcourse May 6 Share May 6 So, Parish's kid was trying to break into the guy's pickup and got shot. It was sad that the kid died, and the guy shouldn't have run away but the kid shouldn't have done it in the first place. I think this show has been a jumbled hot mess and I'm tired of Giancarlo Esposito having the same tired, dull facial expressions. The Tongais gangsters are dull. I just feel sorry for Horse's son. I won't be back next season if it's renewed. 1 Link to comment
Sharper2002 May 6 Share May 6 I have very little hope for this show being renewed. It’s not necessarily the most awful show, but I don’t think it’s compelling enough to drum up interest for another season. Plus, we found out what happened with Gray’s son, so that mystery is solved. I honestly didn’t miss the wife and daughter at all. I do wonder which Tongai sibling was shot. I guess not Shamiso since she showed up to meet her dad’s plane. 2 Link to comment
UnknownK May 6 Share May 6 Whichever actor gets paid the most was the one who got shot (or both). A boy was breaking into a car and since his getaway driver left him there the kid ran toward the truck owner, in the dark, with some kind of "weapon" in his hand so he got shot. The only thing the truck owner did wrong was not call the cops and 911 for an ambulance and that was because he was high as hell. So, the setup for season 2 is Parish leaves his family and current life behind to be a getaway driver? His best friend and body dumper is a snitch to the feds. The guy who held Parish's family hostage got burned alive (or did he no body) leaving a power vacuum. Also, some other mysterious member of Parish's past is now interested in him. Honestly, I don't see this getting renewed. 2 Link to comment

Thanks for explaining that. It was dark, so I couldn't tell that he was breaking into another car, and not the guy's truck. The kid was wrong, but the owner should have called 911. Honestly, the only thing I liked about the episode was Parish accidentally winding up at the AA meeting and seeing the guy, and the guy confessing to the killing at the end. I didn't miss the wife and daughter, even though it was wise for them to split from Parish. Link to comment
Zoe May 8 Share May 8 This felt like a prequel and that the real story starts from here. 1 Link to comment
