And a reunion between Luke Mitchell and Hope Lauren (pregnant Lynne).  They worked together on The Republic of Sarah - he was the titular Sarah's brother and she was Sarah's best friend.  Of course, they dated as teenagers to very messy consequences.

I would be happy having Loren join the cast as a regular, though that makes it very male-heavy in general and in terms of the doctors.  Hannah is the only female doctor - not to knock Maggie and Sharon at all, of course.

Probably doesn’t remember or if he does, he regrets uttering those words and is hoping she doesn’t remember either Lol!
