Absolutely filthy.  I don't hate it, I personally have a mouth like a sailor, but Peyton was a breath of fresh air with funny jokes and zero cussing.

Gronk was out of control.

I have enjoyed many a roasts. I am no prude; but must admit that I opted out of this roast really early on.  There is a fine line between biting humor....and then just plain vulgar and cruel. I didn't feel the least bit sorry for Tom Brady; he should have known what was coming. I particularly hated the jokes about his wife (who I usually could care less about) - it was way beyond cruel. And he has kids. I am sure they have heard what was joked about re their mom.

Some parts of this were funny. I'm used to roasts being mean and going too far, so that part didn't bother me. I've seen harsher roasts on Comedy Central. Nothing gets spared -- dead parents (Pete Davidson), estranged children (Alec Baldwin), gender affirmation surgery (Caitlyn Jenner), Holocaust victims, etc. Roasts aren't for everyone.

My favorite roasters were Nikki Glaser. And Bill Belichick of all people. Jeff Ross was pretty good, too. Yes, Peyton Manning is a national treasure. He always brings great energy into a room.

But yeah, most of it wasn't that funny. Too many jokes about Tom being gay (everyone kept repeating the same joke, so it stopped being funny early on). And yes, quite vulgar.

Usually comedians help write jokes for non-comedians. But that's on Comedy Central. Maybe Netflix --- I won't even say it didn't have access to comedians. Everyone's putting their specials on Netflix these days. Having real comedy writers would've helped.

I really don’t see what all the fuss is about Tom Brady. I’m not into sports, but still.

I did laugh at Jeff Ross’s OJ jokes and Ron Burgundy. That’s about it.
