Trini April 1 Share April 1 When Thony and Fiona are faced with a terrifying situation, they set out to fix it before it's too late. Meanwhile, Jorge throws a wrench in Ramona's plan to find Arman, and Ramona starts to question his allegiance. Airdate: April 2, 2024 Link to comment

Trini April 3 Author Share April 3 (edited) They are annoyingly inconsistent with captioning the Spanish dialogue. I know they're playing coy with the new characters, but they (Jorge) tried to imply that Ramona would be capable of kidnapping Luca, but I actually don't think she'd do that, based on what they've shown of her so far. This show loves twists, so I feel that it will be eventually revealed that Jorge is the worse bad guy, but we'll see. Thony has only done one and-a-half jobs for Sin Cara, but she sure asks a lot of favors! So they told her to stay away, so I can only assume she messes with their plans somehow next week. Well, I'm glad poor, ignored Jaz got to voice some feelings this week; because yeah, her home family life has really been disrupted. CPS didn't take Luca this week, but maybe that might happen later to raise the stakes, like they like to do. Edited April 3 by Trini Link to comment
Raja April 3 Share April 3 So Jorge has a disabled daughter who can be Luca's sister in the future. Meanwhile Ramona mentions family as much as Dom does in his Fast and Furious car. Even if they are hiding in plain sight there seems to be a pandemic level lack of protection surrounding Sin Cara. Especially if someone bad enough to willing to hold a ransom a family member is out in the wild. As for Luca's hearing, since when would a criminal procedure evidence being quashed stop a family court judge from working in the best interest of the child. I guess she ruled US medicine got proven wrong and the Philippines approvals was good enough for her. 1 Link to comment
Trini April 3 Author Share April 3 I forgot: Ramona and Jorge were talking about the ransom for Arman, etc.; but we still don't know who took him. Unless I missed something, it's just 'some other gang'. I hope they at least clear that up very soon. Link to comment

For someone who claims to be so benevolent, Thorny jumps to conclusions about her coconspirators pretty quickly. Does she have a single friend outside the family who isn't a gangster? 1 Link to comment

Nothing would make me happier. It might actually be the wake up call Thorny needs to finally decide to go back from whence she came (but only after finding out that Arman is dead, of course; she wouldn't protect the unity of her family over the gangster who has her deep into Stockholm Syndrome). It might also bring her ego down a couple of notches. Link to comment

The show is actually about Fiona and Chris, keeping that family together with Jaz. The rest is flash for FOX. Link to comment

This is setting up the FDA rescue... Thony gets a special research visa and Luca becomes Patient Zero in a drug trial... Link to comment
rr2911 April 4 Share April 4 Sigh! Another episode went by and Thony is still alive to disrupt someone's life or have them killed. I'm with Fiona's ex on him telling the CPA lady about the man in the car. Thony had the gull to be pissed at him. He has to protect his family also! I hope this is the final season. I don't know how much more I can take seeing Thony get away away with all the destruction she causes. Come on Ramona! Right between her eyes! Link to comment

He has to protect his family also! She's so selfish and so arrogant that she can't see that the best way to protect her son is with the help of CPS. Even if it meant losing custody, Luca would be in a much safer environment without the constant interference of the cartels or back home in the Philippines. She already has herself convinced that she is the only one who can take proper care of him, yet she keeps proving herself wrong time after time. What will it take for her to stop trying to convince everyone else involved that no rules apply to her while still believing that is actually protecting Luca somehow instead of actually doing more harm than good? 2 hours ago, rr2911 said: I hope this is the final season. I don't know how much more I can take seeing Thony get away away with all the destruction she causes. I don't think we'll be that lucky. Since this entire season was written with the hope that Adan would be able to come back, this seems as though it is all just filler, and every episode will continue to be just a holding pattern until a big cliff hanger in the season finale. I doubt we'll see any conclusion until next season. I hope I'm wrong. 2 hours ago, rr2911 said: Come on Ramona! Right between her eyes! I'd prefer the electric chair, so she is held accountable for all the murders she has either participated in or cleaned up after, plus all her other crimes. 1 Link to comment
