Showrunner: "Okay, we didn't have Alan Ritchson take his shirt off in the premiere, so we need to go ahead and take care of that here.  Ideas?"

Writer 1 (shrugs): "I guess do the whole 'gets slashed in the chest, so he has to take it off to tend to his wounds' approach?"

Writer 2: "And while we are at it, we can have Serinda Swan do the same thing, and go ahead and get the hook-up out of the way."

Showrunner:  "Perfect!  Two birds with one stone!"

 

So, Domenick Lombardozzi wasn't part of the bad guys, but was the cop assigned to Franz's case and I guess he was tailing them for info.  Until Reacher broke his nose.  Whoops!  Don't see Reacher being jailed for long, so I'm guessing he'll be forgiven once they are reunited.

Robert Patrick's character seemed to automatically recognize Reacher's voice, so I wonder if there is a connection there or was that just a case of the show not wanting to waste time with a "Who is this?!" spiel.  Maybe he just put two and two together and knew that Reacher is the leader, so he was the one likely on the phone.

Looks like two more of the unit is dead for sure, but they still haven't found Swan's body yet, so I wonder if he is actually still alive.  Probably not even out of the realm of possibility that he could actually end up being part of the bad guy gang for some reason.

Enjoyed seeing Lochlyn Munro as the head security guy.  Always get those recognizable faces in shows shot in Canada!

Well, that was quick, Dixon will either be dead soon or turn out to be in cahoots with Robert Patrick.

There is another show running concurrent with Reacher where I hitman just complained about not being warned about the abilities of his target. Here Robert Patrick's contractor knew how dangerous Reacher was and still his local talent knew he had lost the element of surprise thinks his knife could overcome Reacher waiting in ambush?

Nitpick time given the 110ths time is service the US Military was still using the social security number and had not reverted to a serial number so Orozo  would have been giving out a lot of personal information anytime he took his shirt off.

I hate to sound shallow and/or mean, but damn Robert Patrick is not aging well. Why is he so puffy? He actually looks uncomfortable speaking.
