NeenerNeener August 12 Share August 12 (edited) So, based on the preview for next week they couldn't get Maslany to come back and play older Cosima? I was kind of hoping they would since they got Gavaris back to play older Felix. Edited August 12 by NeenerNeener Link to comment
RachelKM August 12 Share August 12 I was enjoying this episode. And then they killed Craig. I will not forgive that. Otherwise, I'm really enjoying the interaction of the Me, Me, and Me (that is the only way I will refer to them since when Lucy did so it cracked me up). the dynamic are interesting. Echos (no pun intended) of the interactions of early Clone Club minus the friction of Alison having no time for newbies. And, not that it justifies what Kira did... but I get it, Eleanor.v2 is fucking great and I assume the OG was too (we didn't get to see enough outside of her glimpses through Kira's perspective in 1 Ep.) Although, it was shitty of Eleanor to hid her illness from her son. Link to comment
DoctorAtomic August 13 Share August 13 Good for Kira. Emily trying to be all hard. Maybe the brilliant scientist might have some ideas to help you out instead of threats? She was going to shoot her in the diner? I thought she shot Emily, but when they showed the car burned up I got confused. I was right. She did have better idea. So you get the scans routinely when you go to the doctor. I can buy that. We speculated last week. You could just see the entire history of the show wash over Felix's face. Well done. Melissa is really the mother then? I guess we're supposed to think people age a lot slower. I could also buy Darros acquiring the Jules scan from her somehow. He's a billionaire. I'm surprised Craig lasted this long. Wise mentor doesn't usually make it this far. Link to comment

DoctorAtomic August 14 Share August 14 Narratively, he should be though. The Mentor has to go at some point. We need some stakes here. No one cared the guy sent to apprehend Lucy is dead except Reed Diamond, and Josh was largely a narrative device that we saw coming a mile away. If Darros is kicking Reed Diamond to the curb, and he's out an ear, I'm hoping he ends up joining Kira. She can get him a new ear. And he was generally upset to hear Emily died and kind of confused Kira actually did it. Maybe if he finds out she's still around he'll feel bad about the whole thing. That's a long walk because it's clear he doesn't approve of all the printing, but he might not know Darros is printing himself. That could be the final straw for him. Link to comment

Plus, the entire framing of the shooting was designed for this kind of story beat. Also, he looked to be bleeding from his head. Link to comment
