He said it was because he wanted to see Venus through his telescope, but that didn't preclude having sex any other time of day (or night). Unless we're supposed to believe that he was having tremors before and after the sex night, but how would he know the tremors would stop long enough for him to spend the night with Charlotte? 1 Link to comment
