Unintentionally Funny Moments

Yeah, Keanu isn't the best actor I've ever seen (let's never speak of his accents in Much Ado About Nothing OR The Devil's Advocate), but I don't actually think he's dumb.  I think he's just fiercely protective of his privacy, so he doesn't do many interviews, which means his movie personas often lead people to think that's how he actually is.

 

I mean, at the very least, he turned down Speed 2.  That alone makes him smarter than Jason Patric, Sandra Bullock and Willam DeFoe.

By most reports in the industry, Reeves is still known as being incredibly kind on and off set. He's got a good work ethic which keeps him hired even though he may not be a fantastic actor. He also doesn't need to work ever after the Matrix movies, and he's been generous with the crew. The Reddit AMAs are down, but he's made some really nice and interesting comments in those.
