I feel like TK is one of those people who is (subconsciously) trying to protect himself. When it gets too good with someone, he breaks up with them on any excuse so they won't leave him. Horrible pattern, but he's not alone.

I would definitely file TK under "nice to have as a fwb but don't get involved or lend him money."
