Overall I enjoyed this show except for the Kwan parts. I completely zoned out during her stand alone episode.

I never played the game and know nothing about it but the show was pretty easy to follow for me. I ended up loving Kai out of all the Spartans and was happy she survived that explosion. Did Keyes say when they took them as kids, they replaced them with clones? So they all have parents out there who don't know their children are clones?

On a shallow note, I enjoyed all the shirtless Master Chief scenes.

The clones were defective and died. We saw the same happen with the Halsey clone in the season finale. So all the parents saw their children's clones die and are not aware that their real children are still alive and are now Spartans.

The Halo TV Series was Paramount+'s second-most-watched original series, behind the Yellowstone prequel series 1883. The Halo TV Series also caused an increase in new subscribers. The Halo Season 2 development team hopes it can incorporate the feedback from video game fans when it  begins filming this summer.

Paramount+ Announces "Halo" Season Two Start of Production

Looks like we will get more of Soren because the actors playing his wife and son were promoted to series regulars for season 2. They also announced two new cast members: Joseph Morgan and Cristina Rodlo.

"Morgan joins the series as James Ackerson, a formidable intelligence operative who has spent his career climbing the ranks of the UNSC's secretive Office of Naval Intelligence. Rodlo is Talia Perez, a corporal specializing in linguistics for a UNSC Marine Corp communications unit and a relatively new recruit who has yet to see any real combat."

This is all I would be interested in watching.  Hope it gets posted to the P+ website or YouTube.

Seems like they're starting on the Fall of Reach, which is several weeks before the events of the original Halo game in the timeline.  It looks like it has potential, but I doubt we get to Alpha Halo until the last episode.

So I just binge watch’s season 1, I’ve never played the game so I know nothing. However I enjoyed it. Didn’t realize that Makee was show created, sorry to see her die. I was sure she would end up preggers with a super blessed one but alas she was just a plot device.
