Ah, the olden but golden "Hero has to leave his love interest in a perilous situation to save the day in his suit, so said love interest thinks he was a coward and abandoned her" story.  A tale as old as time!  At this point, Mark really does just need to come clean with Amber if he ever wants to their relationship to work out.  Of course, I wouldn't be surprised if they're still going to eventually try something with him and Eve.

Speaking of which, looks like Eve has left home, built herself a nice tree house, and is now using her powers to save the world by taking on natural elements like growing crops and stopping avalanches, instead of stopping crimes.  A noble goal for sure, but I suspect it will somehow backfire on her.

Ezra Miller was fun as DA Sinclair/the villain of the week.

Not sure what to make of Robot being so invested in Monster Girl compared to everyone else.

Whelp, a drunken Debbie finally puts her cards on the table and lets Nolan know to his face that she knows he killed the original Guardians of the Globe (even though he already figured out she knew on his own.)  I guess it's a good sign that he only punch the wall after she left, which hopefully means he cares enough about her (and hopefully Mark too) to not actually physically harm her.  But things are likely going to get dicy!  I just hope he didn't do anything to Art either, because we can't lose Mark Hamill that quickly!

I hope they come up with a good explanation for why Nolan didn't just burn his blood soaked uniform - does he just want a souvenir? 

And now that William knows about Mark I hope there's a scene where he realizes that Mark's dad, the guy who has a distinctive mustache just like Omni-Man, looks like Omni-Man, and sounds like Omni-Man, is actually Omni-Man!  Who would have guessed it?

Poor Mark, being a superhero sure can be stressful. His confidence is shattered, he is still reeling from a brutal defeat in the last episode, and now he and Amber are seemingly through because she thinks he ran off without her during the attack. Ouch, is it time to reveal his secret identity? Its pretty early, but it could maybe ease some of his stress. At least William knows the truth, and I appreciate that he figured it out as soon as he saw Invincible up close. Yeah, covering the skin around your eyes isn't going to keep him from not knowing his best friend that close up. Glad that he knows and is cool with it at least. I hope they can fix his poor boyfriend, being a cyborg shouldn't be that big of a deal in a superhero verse right?

Ezra Miller was a fun bad guy of the week, his plan was both very creepy and very comicbook-y in its mad science. Cecil seems a bit too interested in those cyborgs, I feel like we might see them again sometime. 

Eve using her powers to help people without fighting villains is a really noble idea, helping grow crops and stop natural disasters, all really good uses of superpowers, but I am guessing she will end up having to come back to fight evil again soon. 

Well shit, Debbie figured it out. With the help of Art, who is hopefully still alive after his super uncomfortable hang out with Omni-Man that was either a veiled threat or he actually killed him, but she did figure it out. So what happens now? I would like to think he wouldn't actually hurt her, as his love for his family does seem legit, but I don't know. Can he talk her out of this?
