I was afraid that this was going to be a cliff-hanger for the end of the season and Rex would be off at sea. I'm very glad that it was wrapped up in this episode.

I'm glad that Art is going to remain on the show fulltime but you'd think that his bosses would be pleased that he caught an international car smuggling ring rather than demote him for shutting down the port.

This episode had me saying, "this is just a show... this is just a show..." I really felt anxiety when Rex was locked in the storage bin... yikes!

If they'd ended the show with "to be continued", I'm not sure I'd be sane. Mind you, that's always debatable.

I don't know who likes this show more - me, or my golden retriever. She's in love with Rex!

A solid episode to start the season.  Charlie's longer hair looks good on him.

I thought at first that Rex was jealous of the whales getting credit for finding the kidnappers but it turned out he just loved watching them.  Me too.  Glad we got to see so much whale porn.

The case of the week is pretty straightforward but I do enjoy the gorgeous landscapes and the whale porn. So, thank you show!

Wasn't it always on Tuesday before this season? Although I would often find the new episode on a Sunday night too, after the original Tuesday showing.  Anyhow, Wednesday felt odd to me.

Such a shame we have to wait so long for new episodes.

Watching on UP cable channel in the US. They’re airing season 5 right now. I only started watChing last fall. I like this show. It reminds me of watchIng Lassie as a kid. Amazing dog. Some of the stunts look a bit hoaky, but I’m ok with that because they’re showing amazing feats while ensuring the safety of the dog playing Rex.
