I finally took the time to watch this over the last couple of weeks, and it held me attention despite its length.  I wasn't sure it would, as I pay very little attention to the NBA -- I'll watch some WNBA and March Madness, but even when the Lakers are in the finals I don't always watch and I never watch during the regular season.  So I knew about Chicago's run of dominance, but it didn't mean anything to me.

Good lords, Michael Jordan would be exhausting to deal with.  Every little slight - real or imagined - and he's cranked up to "I've been disrespected and you are my sworn enemy" obsession.  It worked for him, obviously, but I wouldn't want to be around it.  But he's an incredible talent, largely because he's an incredibly hard worker.  That goes a long way.

One of the things I found most interesting was hearing from and about Dennis Rodman; I only knew of the off-court antics at the time, so to get into what a fantastic defensive player he was finally showed me why they put up with his shenanigans.

So if anyone else has also been on the fence about devoting this kind of time because it's not their sport -- I found it worthwhile.

Yes!  That's apparently the story of his life.  My favorite was to this day being "He should've known better" offended about the former Bulls player celebrating using what he knew about his former team to kick their ass.  You know, like every athlete in the history of competition would do.

For someone routinely described as the biggest trash talker in the league, he sure got his shorts in a wad whenever anyone else dared flap their gums.
