I think that story is being wrapped up next week or soon since EOB is going to be a recast thersea.However I notice that some stories get put on the back burn for a couple weeks while they play other stories.I personally don't feel like the Nicole and Eric and Sloan story is getting much airtime right now which I'm sure there airtime will speed up soon.
Right now the big stories are Victoria paternity and victors will and the whole Ava and Harris going on the run with a side of belle and shawn.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't thersea staying with Kayla at one point because Kimberly couldn't do anything with her.Also didn't Kimberly and Kayla both live in California at one point.
I think sonny left although weird that he would leave before the reception and plus Vivian was the one who originally hired Leo for some reason to go after sonny so it would have been interesting to see sonny have scenes with vivian.

I actually feel bad for EOB it doesn't sound like she was too happy about being taken out of her current story to play a recast character.I mean I imagine she was looking forward to playing the drama and betrayal of finding out about Leo and Dimitri not to mention getting revenge.

I never hated Chelsea although funny enough she was introduced as Abby childhood best friend then her parents ended up dying and it was eventually found out that she was bo and Billie baby.
I always Chelsea was an interesting character the thing with Zack was an horrible accident.Chelsea was a spoiled irresponsible teen that was too busy texting to pay attention to the road.I will say I thought it was bold to make them have Chelsea be responsible for Zach death.Also unless people were watching back then there not going to get the connection to how Isaac is connected to Zach.As that was Zach names during the baby switch when abe and Lexi thought he was there adopted son.

It was confirmed by Jamey giddons who was a break down writer who said that chelsea scenes were supposed to be ciaras and that ciara and Alex were supposed to have scenes as a wink to cin.

I guess from a pacing standpoint, they wanted to save Bo's return for a moment where there wouldn't be 6 other major overlapping stories, as there are now with Sarah's delivery, Viv's return, Philips return, DVD's guest spot, etc.

Agreed and I would've preferred never to see the character again than for this to be the way she's written. Now they're throwing her at Alex, FFS.
Maybe I'm alone in this, but I haven't enjoyed Wally at all during this storyline. His delivery is so loud and pushy. I didn't enjoy his reading of the poem. Anyone else would have been gentle about it.

Well that's a blessing! I'm done with Ciara. First VC and RSW's BTS relationship pushes their characters to the forefront, turning Ciara into an annoying cheerleader for Ben, and then they breakup and Victoria gets the boot so precious RSW can stay and become Alex. I'm done with both of them. Take your drama elsewhere.
VC probably wants nothing to do with him after he cheated on her, and that left the door open for Chelsea to return after...what? A decade? Good for her.
I'd have preferred ORC as Claire making a brief return, checking in on her father and mother and saying a few words about her Great-Grandfather.
I'm glad ciara didn't show up either because thresea was supposed to go off about Ben killing her niece and ciara was going to defend Ben saying he changed.

Chelsea scenes were actually supposed to be for ciara but there was a scheduling conflict.so they changed a couple things.

Leo and Dimitri don't bother me I think the actors work well together.However this story has went from an affair story to a dumb sitcom terrority.Although I think Gwen definitely knows something she's acting weird.
I found the Stefan and Rachel scenes a little creepy.

Speaking of rex do they ever mention his daughter? I mean that's how bonnie found out the secret she went to visit her granddaughter.Then again I don't think Stefan ever even met ari lol.

There definitely pushing the sex stuff more now that there at peacock between Wendy and Tripp discussing her brothers wild antics in the bedroom and Dimitri getting on down on his knees on yesterdays show.

I never got the impression that Eric could never handle booze during that plot, or in the years prior or since. He just spiraled after losing the redhead and seeing Nicole end up with Dan. Once the cycle of abusive consumption was broken, he kept his distance from booze but, being in a much better place emotionally, he can now drink without issue.
I guess Jen would avoid that particular medication that was addictive but still drink socially.
Some people really can't ever control it or come back from addiction - in Salem, that's Brady, Maggie, Summer and Lucas - while others can overdo it and then still be moderate or entirely sober after - like Theresa, Eric and Jen.
But yes, that's me reading into the writing a bit deeper than what's been shown or stated.
Eric could have still commiserated with Shawn a bit, having spiraled once himself. I'm guessing Shawn is just spiralling here specifically because of the Bo/Victor stuff. I'd rather he not be made a full blown alcoholic permanently.
Edit: Wait, Jen relapsed didn't she..? I forget when or why. It was during the Melissa/Cady switch-off, right? Was it booze or pills that time?
Didn't she relapse after abigail's murder.

Decades ago, they'd have spent an uninterrupted 5 minutes with Maggie processing the news and not cut to other scenes of less important plots. Does anyone else remember scenes that would run from one commercial break to another? This merits that kind of respectful treatment.
...how exactly is Dimitri....um....recharging his batteries with both Gwen and Leo seemingly jumping him every two minutes?
This just made me wonder if Dimitri and Leo are using protection? Not that this show ever worries about STDs.Although I certainly hope he took a shower before sleeping with Gwen.

I always do. It makes the show much more enjoyable if you just watch what you like and completely ignore the rest.
The more drama the better I say.Its one of the reasons I lost interest in America soaps and turned to UK soaps.Plus there gay characters are leads and allowed to be messy. I guess that's why I'm enjoying the whole Dimitri and Leo affair even though I think its dumb Dimitri thought he needed to con Gwen when she would be all in for cutting a cut of his inhertiance lol.

I actually agree.On eastenders a guy got both his girlfriend and her stepmother pregnant and both babies survived.

I liked Dimitri hate of Vivian for burying Carly alive and the alamain's.I did laugh at him saying he couldn't give Kristen het share of his inhertiance because he had expenses he lives in a mansion rent free he doesn't have to pay bills.What expenses does he have that cost 20 million dollars.
I have had a feeling Gwen has known for awhile now curious when she found out though.
