I went to school in England so I watched this for the London porn, which was fun. If I'd been playing a drinking game for every time I recognized a location I would have been plastered! I don't know if I can stick it out though. So far all the reactions have been completely stereotypical. The loud American. The reserved Brit. I think self defined 'high society' groups are hard to break into no matter where they are, whether London, Dallas, or Des Moines. The 'haves' are always desperate to keep out the 'just gots'!

I'm not sure where this would go, but there's a news story about two 12 year old girls in Wisconsin who stabbed a third girl because they were obsessed with Slenderman. They'd planned it out over a couple of months. It sounded horrifyingly similar to the Supernatural episode. Some of the reports are saying they knew he wasn't real but wanted to 'prove' he wasn't a hoax. The whole news story is profoundly disturbing.

I read that Oprah has officially decided against a second season of Lindsay. Apparently the ratings have been dismal. It would truly be scary if she ever actually considered a second season!

K-Mart?! Delicate Lindsay and her pasty white skin couldn't sleep in anything less than 1000 count silk sheets handwoven by celestial virgins! I watch this show in a constant state of befuddlement. Surely she must see the irony is using her talking head to spout about responsibility and her incredible desire to practice her 'art' and let her 'talent' out to benefit the film industry and then blow off a meeting with a studio executive? And then I tell myself, I guess her rose colored mirror is irony free.

I too came over from TWoP. I hope this site is planning to do recaps of Supernatural. The only one posted is the first episode of the season. I wish Tippi could continue to write them here. Anyway, I've watched this show from the beginning and am probably in it to the bitter end.
