  1. Robyn knows the answer to Meri's question about why Kody isn't trying to win her back, but she won't say.  I don't understand why Meri trusts this woman.  She is not her friend.

  2. I love how Christine is pulling Janelle out the door and Janelle is hanging on to the latch for dear life.  Like when my kids were little and had to go to the dentist.

He said he wasn't going to inform her until after the wedding. That's fraudulent. Sure, as others have said, she could have looked around India and asked him what he would want from her. But he still made a deliberate choice to keep his wishes secret from her until she was already essentially trapped. He spelled that out clearly to the rest of us.

"Keep his wishes secret?"  They are not secrets.  It's what Indian wives have been doing for centuries.  How hard would it have been for her to check into what was going to be expected of her? And, she isn't "trapped", because unless I am mistaken, there is this little thing called a divorce.  All I know is that if TJ knows what is good for him, he will sleep with one eye open.

Good point. It seems sometimes like people have forgotten that TJ admitted he was intentionally defrauding her. He's really not "poor put-upon TJ."

TJ did not admit to intentionally "defrauding" Kimberly.  After her alarming behavior the first night, it appeared that the producers sensed that she "could be a handful" (her words).  TJ was asked by a producer if Kimberly knew what would be expected of her after they got married.  He replied, "no, I haven't told her."   Kimberly lived in India for a year.  Seems to me she should have known a little about their culture.  Heck, I've never been to India, don't plan on marrying an Indian and yet, I know that a daughter in-law is expected to move in with her in-laws and help take care of the family.  Are we to believe that this 30-year-old woman is so innocent and naive that she has no idea what is expected of an Indian wife?

Here's the thing with Kimberly, she will never fit in there because she is utterly clueless and ignorant of traditional Indian culture. She should have bagged a guy from a well off family where everyone was educated and more in tune with western ways of living.

"I know I can be a bitch and a lot to handle."  Those are Kimberly's own words.  Let's get real.  No sane man would put up with this lunatic, let alone one from a "well-off family".   There is reason why her stepmother encouraged her to call TJ to try and reconcile.  They want to be rid of her. TJ should have held his ground.  He is a damn fool.  This woman is going to make him and his family miserable.  While I feel sorry for them, I don't feel sorry for him. The preview for next week shows her screaming like a banshee.  Yeah.  She is a real prize.

  6. I just can't get over Kody trying to humiliate Janelle and Christine by saying that he “courted” Meri and Robyn, but he didn’t “court” them.  Let’s see, the two he courted gave him a grand total of three kids, while the two “interlopers” gave him a total of 12.  Perhaps someone should tell this idiot to put that subject to rest, because it makes him look and sound worse than he already does.

In many ways, Janelle failed Savannah too. She gave up a lot to make Kody happy, at the expense of financial security for her kids.

Which was why Janelle looked so shocked when Robyn announced that her assets were to go to her kids.  Clearly, it didn't occur to her that her assets should go to her kids.  I would bet good money that Kody is her only beneficiary.  I wanted to hurl when she told him how much she loves and misses him.

  8. The woman gave up her inheritance and cashed out her 401K to buy their home in Utah.  She gave the proceeds from the sale of her Las Vegas home to him and his parasite to buy their mansion.  I would like to know how he figures she only sees him as a financier, when he doesn't have any money.

  9. Kody keeps saying that Christine just "dropped it on me."  He told her that he didn't want to be intimate with her anymore.  He said she was telling everyone she was going to leave.  So why was he surprised when she left?

This family has been messed up for long time, and it's not just because of Robyn. Christine was never cut out for polygamy, and Kody has despised Meri for years and years. Janelle may have only stayed for religion and free childcare. You almost never hear them say any of them ever loved each other.

Polygamy only works when people are willing to pretend.  It also works for some when the wives are bonded with each other to provide the emotional support they need. Kody pitted his wives against each other and stirred up drama.

  11. I wonder when Kody is going to wake up and realize that no one betrayed him. His financiers and whipping posts finally came to their senses.  The OGs would be fools to sit around and watch him give all his affections and their money to that parasite and her spawn.  I think sometimes he forgets that this is all on film and that we saw who did what to whom.

Someone here (or maybe in the live watch thread) suggested that Kody spent that month with Christine to butter her up about moving to Flagstaff. I think that theory has legs.

I made that comment in the live chat. Christine should have known or suspected that something was up. Kody used the OG wives for personal and financial gain and Robyn was complicit. He led Meri to believe that moving to Flagstaff would be a new beginning for them. Armed with the proceeds from the sale of her Vegas home, he purchased a mansion for Robyn and wanted her gone. Glad Christine had the good sense to not give him a dime.

  13. I don’t know what to make of Robyn. She claims to be upset because "my family got blown to smithereens".  However, in a recent interview, she said that it would be disrespectful if Kody were to take another wife. That was quite a bombshell from someone who is all about being a polygamist and touting the sacred beauty of plural marriage.  Seems like the only thing she has accomplished lately is making Meri feel worse than she already does.

    Janelle feels sorry for Meri.

Christine says he has been stringing Meri along, being mean and cruel.

If Christine and Janelle could see that Kody was being cruel to Meri, then why couldn't Robyn?

Ooh - levity! Who is Christine’s celebrity crush? Cuz I’m not sharing Clooney.

It had better not be one of those two boys from Missouri with the last names Pitt and Hamm.
