Yes, Lois was vile! Dante sent the boys to the Q boathouse to clean up their mess and while they were there, he was having the conversation with Lulu about the hostility between her and Brook Lynn and Chase. You are correct. Dant just told Lulu (after Lois stalked away in anger) that when he was out of line, his uncles and his mom held him accountable. When Gio was out of line, Lois's brothers tried to discipline him/hold him accountable but Lois and Gloria would always "swoop in." Dante told Lulu they shouldn't go to the Woodchucks game because he just saw how openly hostile Chase is to Lulu and heard that Brook Lynn is really, really angry and upset that Lulu is writing a story about adoption. It sounds like they were going to go to the Woodchucks game with Brook Lynn and Chase and maybe some other Qs. Dante then called Rocco as he and Danny were finishing cleaning up their mess in the Q boathouse, to say we're not going to the game. I think he suggested Yuri could take them to the game? Danny then got excited and said hey, we can go crash this party instead. Dante must have thought the kids were still on the Q property because they certainly didn't ask for permission from parents to go to the party. Rocco has only been parented in his teen years by both Lulu and Dante for a few months now. The feeling of seeing them together for him is still new and fragile. You are correct.

She really is. Her line that she and Gloria were there for Gio when his parents couldn't be ... hard for Dante to be there for his son when he didn't know he existed, because of Brook Lynn and especially you lying to him! It's double b.s. because Lois and Gloria have led Gio to believe his dad was a service member who died before he was born. He has never had a father. Lois clearly thinks that after her cousin died, she and Gloria raised Gio to be an adult who is incapable of lying or bad judgement. I saw Dante getting angrier because Lois followed them after Dante said "private", kept interjecting and defending Gio. She literally won't allow Dante to doubt his word or say anything against him. Lois is outraged that Dante won't just take Gio's word on faith, because she always will and she secretly knows that Gio is his son. She wasn't present on scene to actually know what happened and neither was Dante, so her antagonizing Dante didn't help matters. All she did was escalate the situation when she felt attacked for "coddling" Gio. Dante has a need to hold someone from that party, older than a teenager, accountable for his son drinking (esp. after not getting justice with Cyrus), and so at the moment he is blaming Gio for poor judgement. Lois has a need not to feel guilty and like she's an excellent "aunt" aka secret grandmother, so she is all "poor Gio, Dante you're a bad parent/weren't there for Rocco" as she walks away.

ALWAYS! Her second child Morgan is presumed dead because of a Mob world car bomb. Her first child was shot in the head as a tween, while standing near Sonny. Yet she still re-married him. As an adult, her first child literally caught on fire from an explosion meant for Sonny and is recovering from severe burns. Yet still Carly and Sonny are all "you can't get rid of me" to each other. Her third child shot someone to death and she has no idea. Her youngest child took "daddy's vitamins" without asking and didn't want to share, which resulted in a trip to the hospital to have her stomach pumped. She was rewarded with popsicles. Right now, Lois gets my award for second worst mother for lying to her daughter's and son-in-law's faces every day (including today, about why she's so upset re: Gio and Dante), lying to everyone else including Gio, and bashing the other half of her daughter's family while living in their home as a freeloader. Lois is delusional if she genuinely thinks Brook Lynn wouldn't want to know her son is doing fine and living right there in her own home. Lois is protecting herself and Gloria. Lulu has had a scene with Rocco in her new home since she moved in (they hugged and he told her he does want to spend time there) and he was in Lulu's house with Danny when Dante told them to go clean up their mess in the Q boat house. He hasn't been seen a lot on-screen prior to this plot point, but we know from a few scenes and dialogue in various episodes that he has been spending time with his mom consistently.

I understand that Dante's point is Gio is legally an adult and no longer a teenager (age 21 I think?) but is still talking like he's a kid by trying not to narc on a teenager when it was a serious situation. Threating to arrest Gio was a bit over the top, but it was an empty threat since he didn't have handcuffs and wasn't on duty. As for today: GF for the win! I really loved Grandma Laura's chat with Rocco, seeing Laura, Dante and Lulu rally together in his hospital room with love, the Laura-Lulu hug and the Dante-Rocco unconditional love moment. Lois can take her righteous indignation and shove it since she's still lying. I can't with her attitude like Rocco has a no big deal minor concussion and her poor baby Gio is the one really suffering. Good for Chase standing up for Dante when Lois was complaining about him to them. Alexis, PLEASE stop being a coward. I'm begging you. Dante talking to Jason about Danny tomorrow should be interesting.
-
Seriously. Dante walked away with Gio to speak in private, so Lois followed to make sure Dante didn't get to speak to him privately because she does indeed think of/see him as a child. She is determined to protect her secret precious grandbaby. Was she concerned at all about Rocco, her grandbaby's brother, who almost died? Didn't look like it. Danny told Carly he only held a cup and then went off to play volleyball so he didn't consume any alcohol. But he still took a cup of alcohol and pressured Rocco to hold a cup, to look cool and socialize. His actual family, Aunt Molly, is available. Yes, I know she has not raised children to adulthood, but it would be good for him to know how courts view his and Rocco's actions in the event Rocco had gone into a coma or died. That could certainly make them think about the future. Also, Carly was wrong about something - Rocco is not Danny's "little brother." Danny should be younger. If not for SORASing Danny up to 14ish he should be 11/12 years old.
-
The doctor just told Dante and Lulu that Rocco would most likely be in a coma had Cody not made the decision that Rocco needed to go to the hospital immediately. Dante is still traumatized by Sam's unexpected death after worrying for weeks or months by comatose Lulu's bedside that she would die. Now he sees his son is in a hospital bed, unconscious at first. I think the words about coma and near death of his child after so much trauma just six months ago was too much for him.
-
I agree Gio was not responsible for Rocco deciding to drink. Rocco and Danny made poor adolescent decisions. But I don't think Dante was wrong to call out Gio. If Gio wants to be perceived as an independent college student and responsible adult than he should behave like one. IMO he became the responsible adult as soon as he knew this younger boy was in real trouble. "I didn't want him/them to get in trouble" is a childish response in a serious situation and Lois isn't helping by forever coddling Gio because he's her secret grandson. Danny is still a child who thinks like a child, which is why he didn't call Dante and Lulu. This is what, the third or fourth time he's shown poor/dangerous/reckless judgement? Drinking, sneaking out, confronting Cyrus ...
-
The audience hasn't specifically been told. Danny was grounded for getting drunk and brought home to Dante and Sam by the police. The kids knew Danny was in trouble/being punished (Scout mentioned it) but the adults have not said whether they talked to both boys about alcohol.
-
Lois deserves every bit of anger she's going to get from Dante when the truth comes out. "Gio did what he thought was right" ?? Lois seems more upset that Gio got teary eyed than that a boy has alcohol poisoning. That's going to be her own defense, too. Hey Lois, would that defense work for you if Brook Lynn was the one in the hospital, unconscious? Gio showed in the confrontation with Dante that while he's technically an adult, he still thinks like a kid. Dante and Lulu in tears together as the doctor basically said Cody saved Rocco's life, was rough to watch. I actually don't think Dante was too hard on Gio and I enjoyed watching him blast Lois for "swooping in". God forbid she let Gio talk to Dante alone. "You don't know who he really is!!" So go ahead, Lois, explain because you can't handle watching Dante be mad at the son he doesn't know is his and you think poor Gio doesn't deserve this. Lucky, stop being SUCH a coward with Kristina. Hey, how's Elizabeth, the love of your life doing, btw? Ugh that Carly has taken it upon herself to play mother to Danny. Why didn't lightning strike her when she spoke of taking responsibility? It was odd though to see Danny more emotional over Rocco almost dying than he was when his mom actually died. Yes, I know he feels guilty, but his mother was there his entire life. Ava and Ric are gross. Alexis is weak.
-
I feel like Lois decided not to give her grandson up despite what she told Brook Lynn about supporting the decision, or she wouldn't have given the baby to someone in her family to raise (as she watched nearby) instead of a couple going through an adoption agency and the regular legal process to become parents. There was no valid reason for anyone to tell Gio he had a father who died in service to his country before Gio was born. He mourned a lie. In a way, Lois agreed with Tracy. She decided the baby should be raised by family - hers. Not the Quartermaines. You could hear the contempt Lois shows for her ex's family (despite her now living with them as a freeloader). She flat-out said "I wanted better for my grandson." Even if her teenager hadn't sworn her to secrecy, it sounds like she felt Ned's family didn't deserve to know there was a new Quartermaine baby after the way she - Lois - had been treated by Tracy, etc. The fact is, Lois lied to her daughter and did what she wanted instead of respecting the real spirit of Brook Lynn's wishes. She doesn't want the truth coming out because she and Gloria are afraid not of "ruining lives" as they claim but of the wrath and hurt from Brook Lynn, Dante and Rocco, Gio, Olivia, Ned, Tracy and especially Sonny after decades of lying to their faces about their own family. Gio should feel especially betrayed by "Aunt Lois" (Grandma) and great grandmother Gloria.
-
Did you see Carly today telling Lulu she had no right to tell Dante Brook Lynn's secret and that she, Michael and Jason were happy as a family until Robin ruined it? That Robin and Jason's relationship was forever changed after she told AJ the truth? It seemed like in a roundabout way, Lulu reminded Carly of when she went to Jason and berated him to go be a father to Jake. I agree with Cheyanne above. I was greatly amused that Carly is still bitter that playing the "my/our son Michael" card didn't ultimately win her Jason's heart.
-
Good question. The preview shows Dante angry at Gio and Carly talking privately/separately with Danny. Maybe Dante and Lulu will decide they want Rocco to live with her and Charlotte now because Rocco living around Danny and Gio has led to Rocco having his stomach pumped. One of my projections was that the boys showing up at a college party where Gio, Emma and Joss were for thumbdrive gate was a plot point set-up for Gio to save his for now unknown younger brother. The positive thing is Dante having a conflict with Gio about Rocco must mean he and Gio will both find out the truth soon. Let's move this along. I am really really, really tired of hearing the words "my baby" out of Brook Lynn's mouth.
-
Lulu only knows Brook Lynn and Dante had a son. Lois told Martin (just out of ear shot of Gio and others in the Q mansion) that the young man there - Gio - is the child of Brook Lynn and Dante. Brook Lynn also told her OB/GYN doctor that she had a baby in the past, when she and Chase were a little frustrated that she wasn't pregnant after a few months of trying to conceive. They both decided to have tests done about fertility, and here we are now. He's still passed out; Danny found out and went back to the party and asked Gio (of course) for help getting Rocco back to the Q property. Danny left the boathouse to go get water, aspirin, etc. for Rocco while Gio stayed with him. Then Cody discovered them. EDIT: Cody and Gio got Rocco to the hospital for alcohol poisoning and Dante is under the impression Rocco was drinking at a college party on the beach with/because of Gio. Lois sounded so much like Carly with the "this family" line to Tracy. It's clear from that scene IMO that Lois didn't want Gio being raised by the Quartermaines, once Brook Lynn said she wasn't ready to be a parent/wanted adoption. I'm Team Tracy here.
-
This! So much this. BLQ told Granny Tracy she only ever told her mother "until recently." In the past few months BLQ and Cody had a conversation that he dropped her off at the bus stop to go home from camp when she told him she was pregnant (and he knew about her and Dante). Did she forget that she told Cody? Or is that a writer's mistake? Six people (including her OB/GYN) know the secret from BLQ and Lois. Lulu has told Carly. I assume BLQ is going to be forced to tell Dante because he overhears her fighting with someone about the secret and she can't deny what he heard, or Rocco will have a health crisis and she and Lois will both have to tell the truth.

Adoption has been on her mind more since she broke into Martin's room and then confronted Brook Lynn, but it's hardly a shocking or innovative general topic. As soon as nuLulu moved in with Laura and Kevin, Laura told her she and Kevin adopted little Ace because Nikolas is in prison. Right after Lulu went to Nina about Valentin because she wanted to find Charlotte, she and Carly had a talk that daughters need their mothers, and it turned a little emotional because Carly informed her "my mom" passed away while you were in the coma. They both knew they were not talking about Virginia Benson. They both know that Carly came looking for Bobbie as a 20-something adult. Lulu's liver donor/savior, Sam, also reunited with her bio mother Alexis and later (inadvertently) bio father Julian, as an adult. Alexis has mourned the growing up years lost with Sam as she has grieved Sam's death. Lucas has been her cousin her entire life because Aunt Bobbie adopted him and she knows he met his biological father Julian and biological sister Sam as an adult. He and Isaiah Gannon worked together to save Lulu's life with the transplant. And as has been mentioned before, as Ethan reunited with bio father Luke, Lulu discovered she had another brother. You're right that taking those pics of Martin's files has nothing to do with Charlotte. But it absolutely has to do with her son, Rocco since the child is his half-sibling. If Lulu and Dante were divorced without kids, then I'd feel she was 1000% wrong to take the pics of the files and confront Brook Lynn. I have a dear friend who is the mother of a now-teenager and she made an effort years ago for her kid to know his younger half-siblings despite the father's choice to walk away from his exes and (for the most part) his children ... so I have a different perspective than some. Yes Brook Lynn thinks she doesn't know her son or where he is, but she does know Rocco and has seen him grow up in recent years. She was very good with her niece and since then has been all "I want to be a mom ASAP" yet there's never a mention or scene of Bailey Lou spending time with "Mama Brook Lynn" and it appears Brook Lynn hasn't given a moment of thought for her son's brother and his life/future other than to insinuate/accuse Lulu of being a bad mother to him. I feel bad for Rocco when he finds out Grandma Olivia's stepdaughter who has known Dad well since childhood, kept this secret from them. Keep in mind, I've never been a fan of either the Brook Lynn or Lulu characters. I wanted GF and JJ to get to perform together again and for both Laura and Lucky to have Lulu in their lives again. Laura has been deprived of having her Spencer kids in her life regularly for decades. Yet the Show can't go a week without Carly and/or Sonny having scenes with their assorted children.
-
She's living with nuLulu (off-screen it seems) in the new house. Danny and Rocco had a scene in the last week where Danny complained that Rocco is constantly with his mom and sister. From how Rocco responded, he still officially lives in the Quartermaine mansion with his Dad and Danny.
-
I absolutely agree that Martin would not press charges against Lulu - mostly because he was heartbroken about how Laura and her grandchildren have suffered (years lost with Lulu because their brother Cyrus ordered Julian to place the bomb which resulted in Lulu's coma) and how Lulu suffered, almost losing her life because Cyrus tried to kill her in the coma but damaged her liver instead. He told Laura he should have figured out what Cyrus was up to and looked like he was going to have a breakdown upon hearing Cyrus both murdered Sam and caused Lulu's liver failure. As someone who used to work in journalism, I totally agree with you. At least one person posting has responded that Laura was switched at birth, not legally adopted. Regardless, my point was her brother Ethan was adopted and her Aunt Bobbie adopted Lucas as well as the late B.J. Carly was adopted by Virginia and then came into their lives as an adult to meet bio mother Bobbie and her family. I feel like we're getting an anvil that this adoption article plot point is going to be used similarly to how Scott used a trial - with Nikolas as his witness on the stand - to dredge up the Luke raped Laura history/ blindside young Lulu about her dad and years later how Ric used a trial - Elizabeth as his witness on the stand - to alert Lucky that she had cheated on him and baby Jake was likely Jason's son. From Brook Lynn's perspective, Lulu has been in the wrong since well before the coma. I can still recall that Brook Lynn heard about Lulu dating Dustin after Dante sent her divorce papers. She snarked to Lulu and others present in the Q mansion at the time about (ER's) Lulu giving up on Dante who was the best guy, that she should have torn up the divorce papers, and judged her about having a new boyfriend. I remember because I was like, WTH you tried to break them up before they were married, and now that they are broken up, you're still being awful to her about her love life?
-
I'm not sure whether it's the writing, or how AS is being directed (could be both), but it seems like Brook Lynn has been on edge about Lulu from the moment she heard that Lulu woke up from the coma. As of late fall 2024, Brook Lynn had a good relationship with Tracy (Lulu's stepmother) a close friendship with Maxie (Lulu's best friend) and was living in the same house as teen crush/stepbrother Dante (Lulu's ex-husband) and Dante and Lulu's son. So, she knew she was about to lose her comfortable life where Lulu wasn't a factor. Brook Lynn's retconned secret pregnancy was increasingly weighing on her mind since the moment Violet pressured them to have a baby as she went back to live with Finn. Then we got to see Chase's guilt stricken 'I can't get you pregnant/you deserve to experience pregnancy" scene(s) and Brook Lynn felt like shit for lying to him. So, she shared the whole truth of her secret. Chase felt jealous of Dante but then guilty for knowing his best friend has a son that was given up for adoption yet has promised his wife he will keep her secret. It's like this fresh wound on the surface of their marriage. Then nuLulu inadvertently found out and confronted Brook Lynn that she had Dante's baby and gave it up for adoption, with Dante completely in the dark about it. Unlike Chase, Lulu had made no vows of love or loyalty to Brook Lynn, and this secret has to do with her own family so she remains undecided about the secret. Since they can't control Lulu, Brook Lynn seems to be obsessively angsting about the baby and her adoption choice now as they consider adoption for themselves. Then they found out Lulu is working on an article about adoption and reacted with "Lulu needs to back off and stop trying to hurt us" because in their wounded state, they are hyper-focused on Lulu, esp. Brook Lynn's relationships that coincide with Lulu's relationships, and Lulu's choices. As the saying goes, Lulu lives rent-free in Brook Lynn and Chase's minds. I get the impression that the real issue is that Brook Lynn knows her husband isn't comfortable with the secret staying a secret, and Chase wants Dante to find out the truth and then sympathize with Brook Lynn but blast Lulu for a) confronting Brook Lynn about it and b) daring to consider writing an article about a topic that is sensitive to Brook Lynn. Yet neither of them can control Dante's reaction, whom he might tell, or what actions he could decide to take. It's very disappointing to me because I liked the Brook Lynn who was joyfully planning a honeymoon in Italy with her new husband. Now all they care about is talking about babies and hating on Lulu. I wonder the same thing about Cameron's hands over chest/heart gesture because it looked rather ridiculous as he was swearing to Mac Scorpio that he didn't/does not use ketamine.
-
I guess I missed the scene where she interviewed Lucas. I have sympathy for Brook Lynn, but it only goes so far. She has been hostile toward nuLulu from their first scene, when nuLulu brought up how Brook Lynn tried to break up her and Dante's relationship years ago. Instead of apologizing to Lulu (she never has) for her actions back then, she snapped at her that she moved on from her devious past and that Lulu should too. But has she? While Lulu was in a coma, she let Lulu's daughter believe she was a big sister when she faked a pregnancy and motherhood to try to manipulate Valentin in an attempt to "fix" her bad judgement regarding Q family business. I found that appalling because as a child, there was a period of time where she believed she and Kristina were sisters. Yet she was okay doing that to another young girl, who had been Dante's stepdaughter? More recently, Brook Lynn gave Tracy/Lulu the evil eye when Lulu came to see Tracy at Christmas. She showed zero empathy toward Lulu when Lulu was upset about Sidwell entering Deception's office and she realized he was the one who held her brother Lucky prisoner. After all that, would you be gentle/kind and reassuring to someone upon realizing that they'd also been lying for decades to the one you love when you know she looks him in the face on a weekly basis because they live in the same home? I'm not sure I would be. Now Brook Lynn is shrieking in rage over Tracy praising Lulu for the recording of Drew with Jacinda. It's clear that she hates that "Granny" loves both of them. She can't force Tracy to choose between them, so she is trying to make Lulu's best friend choose between their friendships instead. Both of these women have some level of obsessive hatred/anger toward each other. I am under the impression that Brook Lynn also wants Lulu to suffer. No. She said Lulu felt the "baby's father" had a right to know. Selective truth telling. He did the hand-over-heart thing in his conversation with Mac today. It really stood out to me for the first time because I found it weird/creepy that he would make that gesture when talking to a PCPD representative. I assumed the interview was off-screen. I guess I missed that scene? Yes, Willow and Michael told him in a brief scene (at former Kelly's/now Bobbie's) right after he met nuLucas there and introduced himself. Since he's a young child, he basically just shrugged and said okay and went back to what he was doing.
-
I think it would have depended on the timing of the revelation since Olivia had her own second unplanned pregnancy to handle. Olivia had given birth to and was raising Leo as a single mother at the time the Show is now claiming Gio was a tween orphan in Bensonhurst surrounded by the Cerullo Family. I figured she meant Dante and Jason. Everyone knows Jason moved back into the Q mansion and Dante and Rocco stayed so that in theory the 3 kids could maintain their relationships as sibs and Danny would have both his dad and almost-stepdad there for him.
-
Lulu has been self-absorbed on multiple occasions, but I don't think this is one of them. She was a little over dramatic in the line today about her journalism career, but it would look unprofessional if she refused to write about adoption after the editor said yes, please pursue that topic. She's not a staff writer for that news organization at this time; she's trying to re-launch a career. Brook Lynn is striking me as equally self-absorbed, if not more so, than Lulu at this moment by having a tantrum over Tracy's praise of Lulu and then crying out to Tracy that Lulu is threatening her/holding her baby secret over her head. Did I miss a scene where Lulu gave Brook Lynn a deadline to tell Dante, or blackmailed her about this secret? Lulu had the perfect opportunity in the conversation with Dante today, to blow up Brook Lynn's life/turn Dante against her about the baby secret if that's Lulu's big goal at this time. Brook Lynn has not yet spilled the secret to Dante, and yet Dante told Lulu to her face today that he's still in love with her, too. Now if Lulu had marched into the Q mansion and forced Chase and Brook Lynn to observe while she interviewed Ned in-depth about adopting Leo, I would understand them as well as Dante being really upset with her. Lucas is the older biological brother of Leo so he, Brook Lynn and Dante are all Leo's siblings but he's not Brook Lynn or Chase's family in any way (unless Cheryl was related to the Qs or Lois's family and I don't remember that). That's why it seemed to me like Brook Lynn being so outraged about Lulu interviewing Lucas was definitely irrational. Then she makes it worse by demanding to Maxie's face that she must make a choice between Lulu and herself because she can't be friends with them both anymore. I liked the stink eye Maxie gave her. Kudos KSt. It was Rocco who passed out on the beach after drinking.
-
JE really is! Today the tears and the trembling lips from Tracy as she absorbed the news, then the kindness and compassion with which she treated her granddaughter. Alllll the kudos to Jane. That emotional scene between AS and JE was superb. JE made me cry. That sobbing hug = Wow. I don't think they're going with "we could have raised the baby together" after BLQ has admitted to her husband that she decided not to tell Dante about the baby when he didn't want to cheat on Lulu with her. The problem is she has been lying to Dante's face for decades. She has no reason to believe he would have tracked the kid down and demanded to play daddy; she knows he's not selfish like that. She knows that Dante has seen firsthand from a paternal perspective how a boy - his son Rocco - handles emotions. Most likely, Dante would have wanted to investigate from a distance to find out for sure his unknown son was okay. BLQ was furious about finding out from Lucas that Lulu interviewed him about his adoption, for an article. From her reaction, you would think that Lulu went straight to Lois and started interrogating her. The Dante -Lulu emotional conversation was well played by AH and DZ. But way to not hold Maxie's confidence, Dante. I was not expecting Dante to say to her face that he's in love with Sam while still being in love with her!! Speaking of Maxie, why is she dressed in sparkles/formal wear while planning the Nurse's Ball in the Q kitchen? Rocco drinking spiked punch out of severe nervousness and then passed out alone on the beach is no bueno... The preview of Tracy confronting lying Lois looks awesome!!! Willow is an idiot.
-
Neither Rocco nor Danny are old enough to drive yet, or Jason/Dante and Lulu would have mentioned it (like when Ava complained about Ric taking her parking space, prior to Kristina's sabotage and the Ric/Elizabeth car crash). The writers also already wrote a couple of brothers in "trouble" scenes between Jason's sons: Jake took Danny's vape pen away during Scout's b-day party and they argued about it and on another day, they fought and hit each other about Jason re: Dante. I think it's more likely they'll inadvertently get mixed up in the Emma/Joss WSB plot point and need their parents, that their drinks will be spiked and they'll be saved by elder brother/cousin Gio which will be a big deal once everyone knows who Gio really is, or one/both will overhear while trying to sneak back into the Q mansion unseen that Dante has another son by Brook Lynn. Lord knows she and a few family members have been talking/bellowing/arguing about the secret baby so much while in the Q mansion it's a wonder that everyone who lives on that property doesn't know her secret by now.
-
Lulu doesn't have to explain/justify to Chase why she pitched the adoption story. Also, Lulu has had issues with separation from parents and what makes a family, for decades. She has expressed jealousy about Lucky being the one raised by both mom and dad since she was a child when Laura went catatonic and Luke mostly abandoned her to be raised by Grandma Lesley, until teen Lulu moved into the Q mansion with him. Aunt Bobbie adopted both BJ and Lucas; the family tragically lost BJ and then Aunt Bobbie's biological daughter came to Port Charles which is why Lulu has had a relationship with her. Lulu knows all this. Lulu also met Ethan as an adult, who claimed to be Luke's son with Holly and that he had been adopted but his parents died. Also, there's Laura story with the Vinings and of course the years she missed out on with Nikolas. Most recently was Lulu (then played by ER) feeling devastated to find out about Charlotte and knowing she missed the early years with Charlotte. Sure she's projecting her feelings onto Dante and making assumptions about what he would feel, but that's not a surprise. Bingo. Brook Lynn doesn't have any idea if her son was actually adopted by a family, where he went or what happened to him because she blindly trusted Lois to handle everything. She's scared now because it's obvious Chase wants to get real with Dante and is keeping this secret out of loyalty to her - not because he thinks it's the right choice, because she doesn't want to blow up her friendship/stepsibling ship with Dante, and because she's afraid of her family's reactions. Between the two sides of her family, she's been taken care of her entire life. Unlike Lulu, Brook Lynn has never been in a situation where her parents were unable or unwilling to take care of her when she was young and/or in trouble. Luke's attitude that he didn't know how to raise Lulu without Laura was a total cop-out.
-
Same. BLQ and Chase have been behaving like Lulu has been non-stop bullying and trying to blackmail her/them, with this article as the latest attempt to force BLQ to tell the truth. The narrative that she is some defenseless victim of Lulu doesn't work for me. Ha! I really wish Danny would complain on-screen to someone that he wants to see Scout and she needs him however Uncle Drew doesn't seem to care/has been an obstacle in their sibling relationship. A family member other than Alexis needs to hold him accountable for Scout being isolated from family while mourning her mother.
