I thought it was interesting that "work Steve" wasn't all that different from regular Steve. I took that to mean that Steve tends to suppress his fun, gay-as-happy side to the point that when it did come out (of the closet) it expressed itself in an over-the-top, sterotypical way. I admit to enjoying Claudia's reaction as much as the actual situation. Her "Do it again! Do it again!" was adorable.
